Great work and very professional
We had damp work done and were very happy with the service. Mason was excellent — professional, thorough, and clearly someone who really cares about doing a good job. An electrician (not from this company) had previously done a poor job, but Mason made sure everything was sorted and working properly, cleaned up afterwards, and clearly explained what we need to do next.
The office support team are also very fast and responsive, and even paying the bill was quick and easy with a simple click. Very impressed and would recommend.

We’re really glad you were happy with the work. Mason will be pleased to hear this. He takes a lot of pride in what he does, so it’s great to know he was able to put things right, explain everything clearly and leave the place clean and tidy afterwards.
Good to hear the office team made everything straightforward as well and that the payment process was nice and simple.
Thanks again for the recommendation, it genuinely means a lot to us.
Damp
From the first conversation of booking a damp survey to be done, to the work being done, everyone has been really helpful, informative & easy to talk to.
Emails are replied to promptly with any questions answered & dealt with, Stewart who came to do the quote, was helpful, informative & easy to talk too, the guys doing the work were great, answered any questions & tidied up after themselves.
I would recommend this company to friends & family

Dealing with rising damp and permeating damp in 95 year old house.
The surveyor (free of any cost or commitment) measured damp levels around the property. We were confident that the measured data were honest. We were given three priced options, with no pressure to choose any of them.
The two workers took three days. The work seems very comprehensive and of a high standard, supported with a host of photographs confirming the work.
Time will tell if the project is a success, but we are confident.

Professionals from start to finish
We had some major damp issues in our garage and from the onsite survey to the finish the team were impeccable. Richard was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the issues we had and what the best options were to resolve them. Once we had made a call and got a quote, Franco and his team came to do the job. They were professional, courteous and very clean during the progress of the job. We would highly recommend these guys to deal with any damp issues you may have. I know we will definite call them again if we encounter anymore issues. Thank you all once again for your work.

Very professional mould survey. Richard arrived on time and clearly knew his stuff, explained everything thoroughly, and didn’t try to sell us anything that wasn’t necessary. He simply gave honest advice and suggested practical ways to resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend.

Great honest company. 💯 recommend
Daniel came out to see us for a condensation issue we were having. We weren’t sure if it was something a bit more serious but Daniel assured us it was condensation. Whilst we did not need any work done by the company Daniel gave us so much excellent advice on how to manage the issue we have along with lots of recommendations which we plan to carry out ourselves. I can’t speak highly enough of the advice we received. Daniel was so helpful and explained things in an easy to understand way.

The company advertise free survey for damp, but when I spoke to them I was advised that there was a fee, for properties owned by landlords.
Advised them 'no thank you' and went to next company on list and they provided the service free of charge.
I then rang two more companies, to understand there charging policy and was advised surveys were free to landlords - why would they be different was one comments I received

Thank you for your feedback.
We offer free damp surveys for owner-occupiers. For landlord-owned properties, a survey fee does apply due to the additional reporting, compliance and liability requirements involved. This is explained at the point of enquiry, prior to any booking being made.
Pricing structures vary across the industry. Some companies choose to absorb these costs, while others, including ourselves, apply a fee to ensure surveys are carried out properly and supported by the appropriate level of documentation. By comparison, many providers charge £400 plus VAT for similar landlord surveys.
While we feel a one-star review is harsh based solely on a pricing decision, we respect your choice not to proceed and hope that your interactions with our team were professional throughout.
Great ambassadors
The chaps were pleasant, arrived on time, did what they said they would, worked quietly and left everything clean and tidy. Great ambassadors for their company. The surveyor and back office staff polite and helpful.
