Good service cleaned up no complaints

Home energy came out in 2024 and advised I had rising damp and needed a new DPC which would resolve the damp, i paid over £3,700 for this but glad my damp issues would be fixed. They said they would come check it had worked after a year and i would be emailed my 15 year guarantee, neither happened, and a months ago i noticed i was getting salt deposits coming through the walk again so i contacted then asking someone to come out. Someone came & confirmed the walls were still extremely damp (100) to a level consistently across the wall which then dropped to around 30 consistent with rising damp and advised they could come back and re-inject it, this was a month ago and ive chased twice since then and had no response - I really would not recommend this company, ive paid a lot of money I really didn't have and still have the same damp issues

We have had some issues with damp on a few places on a large north west facing wall of our home.
We had a surveyor visit and it was quite detailed and they also found some white rot in the roof timbers.
The sales pitch was quite intense and honestly we felt pressured into signing up and paying a deposit as we did need to get it sorted but we felt the manner of sales was too forceful and the quotation process was quite strange as the figure kept changing as he rang his boss a few times and then that changed the final figure.
We didn’t like the pressure but eventually signed up and paid deposit to get it completed when we returned from holiday.
The teams that carried out the work were good but the proof will be in the next few months when we hopefully see the results and the eradication of the damp.
We didn’t like the other pressure of paying whilst the team are still on site as normally we would expect to pay the final amount within 7 days or so like most companies. Not sure what that is all about, please look to change that as that can make customers feel very uncomfortable and is not good for the on site teams either.
I will provide more feedback once the full results are known.

Prompt arrival by Nick and Jim who were installing the
cavity wall insulation. Every thing was explained fully to us, then the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard and all the area was cleared as left as they found it. Excellent service from start to finish. Our quote appointment was comprehensive and reassuring, check in calls were friendly and the lads that came to do the actual work were excellent. They kept me updated throughout the day, their work was very neat and completed on time and everything was put back into place as if they'd never even been. Would definitely recommend.

Home energy save GB have done an excellent job installing ventilation throughout the house. The survey was really informative and they got us booked in very quickly given we needed the support to get rid of high humidity in the house. Would definitely recommend

We had a nightmare trying to find a reputable company, sleepless nights over the problem. Then we found Home Energy Save, and we felt so relieved to find a company that offered us guarantees and reviews that backed up their company promotions.PEACE OF MIND AT LAST. The work was started and completed so quickly. The tradespersons completing the work were professional, polite, friendly, helpful and clean and tidy. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This is a company that employs very pushy sales tactics. They quoted around £15K of work, most of which wasn't needed. They rep that came to see us deployed a very pushy sales tactic, offering 'discounts' that were time sensitive and were only being provided to us as a favour. We then got a second opinion and the majority of the work recommended turned out to be not needed. I don't doubt their work is excellent, but their sales and onboarding is a huge red flag.
I recommend everyone ensure they get a 2nd opinion before they proceed.

Lastly, their cancellation policy states they will refund clients within 14 days of cancellation. We received our refund around 20 + days after cancellation and only after having to chase them

Dave and Adam from Home Energy Save GB came to do my damp proofing, they were on time very friendly and professional. They were very clean, putting floor coverings over the carpets etc. They explained the processes involved, couldn't have have had better service thank you

Great service, quick efficient and left the area clean and tidy

We Had a free survey done by Johnny who advised us on our damp problem and explained the best options for us.
After agreeing to have the work done We had Kyle and kian arrive the next day to do the work.
They put in a soak away gulley the full length of the rear of the cottage and soak away in the front garden to take away our standing water problem.
They also used a damproof injector system to two of our inside walls.
The two guys were really nice polite and did an excellent job, clearing all their mess up after them.
We would highly recommend home energy save ltd if you need damproofing to you home.

Brilliant work! Nathan and Brandon have just cleared out our loft and laid new insulation, and boarded a small area. They were done within a day and cleared and cleaned up after themselves. Helpful, polite and careful - it was a brilliant job and they were a pleasure to have working in our hiuse

We had a damp proof course installed on our property.
From start to finish the service was absolutely fantastic, the surveyor was extremely thorough completing the damp survey whilst giving us the best options, they booked us in for the works to be completed the same week.
Very professional throughout, prompt responses from all involved too. I highly recommend this company!
