Great company
I had riding damp internally and on an external wall and used them to complete the remediation work. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy. The two men who visited to do the work, where great they were polite and friendly got on with the work and tidied up after. Great service and very happy with the whole process.

Terrible experience
Reasonable service to start with, the surveyor to inspect damp in our home and also initially the management team. However ours was a horror story - they sent us someone who didn’t know what he was doing,Even I realised he was doing the damp
Course around the house wrong. I received a threatening text from this person. And had to refer to the police. I was genuinely frightened. I asked for the work to be reinspected and was of such a poor quality it had to be done again. It was a really awful experience and left me feeling very vulnerable. The company reduced my invoice by 10% which was nothing to reflect the trauma I went through. I wish I had looked around further and would not recommend this company. They did not accept their responsibility for sending to us someone in their employ who clearly did not
Know what he was doing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience was not the smooth and positive one we always aim to provide.
The installer assigned to your job had completed our internal training and came to us with previous damp proofing experience. Unfortunately, it became clear that the standard of work on your property did not meet our expectations, and we acted on this as soon as it was brought to our attention.
We arranged for a senior team to return, fully reinspect the work, and redo the job to the correct standard. We also applied a credit to your invoice as a gesture of goodwill.
We take any concerns about communication very seriously and would never condone inappropriate behaviour from anyone representing our company. We also made clear that we would cooperate fully with any genuine police investigation if required.
While we regret that the original works caused you distress, we are pleased that we were able to return, put the work right, and ensure the job was completed properly. We have also reviewed the matter internally to strengthen our supervision and quality control processes.
We are sorry again that your experience began this way, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given to resolve the workmanship issues.
Highly recommend
Sam and Steve were punctual efficient reliable and excellent communication through the project
The quality of their work was excellent
Sam and Steve were proactive, hard working, friendly and most of all they were respectful to my husband and I.
The thing we most valued is that Sam was always happy to discuss and nothing seemed to much trouble. Clean and tidy at the end of each day,
We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for the review, we really appreciate it. Glad to hear you were happy with the service. Rising damp does take a bit of time to fully dry out after treatment, so the 6 months is normal, but you should start to see things gradually improve as the walls dry out.
