The approach from initial contact to the survey was most professional and Harvey who carried out the survey was not pushy and was very good at the way he communicated the proposed work

We are happy with the outcome of Service tht Harvey gave us, explaining to us that we can pay on a monthly plan which we are happy about

The representative who visited us was excellent. Extremely efficient, and very clear in his report on what was needed and what the company could provide. He was helpful, patient and we felt very comfortable with him visiting the house. We made a decision quickly because of the excellent information he provided and his competence and clarity inspired confidence in the company.

The company were prompt in contacting me after my initial enquiry and did a thorough inspection of my property. Options were discussed and I was not pushed into making a decision. I was kept updated throughout via email and phone calls and the actual installation was prompt and done quicker than expected in around 5 hours as the 2 workmen, Artur and Kamil worked hard without a break. They were courteous and tried not to disrupt me too much. They cleared up after the job and were able to answer any questions I had. Whilst the installation was expensive compared to other websites, I believe the system installed to be a premium quality and it comes with a 5 year guarantee.

Ritchard undertook a dampness survey at my parents house and has provided superb expertise, professional report and extremely helpful remediation and resolution recommendations. I would not hesitate to endorse his company and his service - greatly appreciated. He even found a litter of kittens in our garden ! Couldn’t be happier with the assistance provided.

Initially Richard our salesman was utterly delightful, honest and a pleasure to work with. But of course it’s not him carrying out the work. On the day we had the work done we had 2 young lads who did half a days work. For the money we paid I would have expected more than the slap dash approach. One even commented to my husband “I could teach you how to do this in an hour”
When I asked if they were going to carry out all the checks (which I had asked to be done, such as the drains and the gutters) they said they had no idea - the office hadn’t told them and they didn’t have the ladders to do so. I had to follow up with the office and wait a week for the checks to be done.
Since then we have had quotes on other things at the house and two other builders have commented on the state of the wires at the side of the house (old phone/tv wires) and how could we have had a water resistant “secotherm” painted on when there are so many wires not in use and pins on side of wall which would only help water sit on or get into the wall.
All in all I think the work that was carried out was slap dash and not worth the £4k bill.
I would suggest you are on top of this company and check all work is being done correctly.

Organisation was very pleasant to talk with and arrange the work. Members of staff were polite and responsive to issues. Minor issues regarding scheduling but this is expected. Outstanding work regarding the installation of three appliances. I can see myself coming back for any future work should it be needed.

Initial Survey, professional and clear advice given with clear work required to remedy problem.All work carried out by Dazma, polite and professional at all times, work explained and carried out to a high standard. Through no fault of Dazmas work took a lot longer than expected due to weather conditions, that said communication with the office was purely customer driven and left a lot to be desired as to when work would be done.Very quick to send invoice for work without it being completed, rectified again Through customer interaction.

I got a free woodworm survey from this company. They sent an experienced surveyor round within a few days who took his time and was very professional. He confirmed that there was no active woodworm and did not try to sell me anything.

I cannot recommend this company due to poor communication and a major installation failure, despite the best efforts of their frontline staff.

Moving Goalposts: After agreeing on a plan based on the initial survey, I was told on the day of installation that the agreed work wasn't feasible, forcing a last-minute change of plans.

Negligent Workmanship: They installed a new bathroom extractor fan and, despite my explicit request for the ducting to be checked, they left it venting directly into my loft. Leaving moisture to pump into a roof space is a massive mold risk and completely unacceptable.

Poor Communication & Pricing: Following these issues, communication stalled. It took a significant amount of time to get an updated quote, which shockingly turned out to be the exact same price as the original quote despite the delays and reduced/altered scope of work (this appears to be an admin error).

The only saving grace: The two technicians who came over on the second day of works. They were highly professional, polite, and happy to help resolve things, despite these systemic issues being absolutely no fault of their own.

Management needs to seriously look at their communication and quality control.
