Hidden 'add ons' in travel insurance led to me being unable to claim for cancellation of holiday will never use them again and please be very very careful and read small print ( if you can) . Cancellation should NEVER be an option

Manisha was so very helpful
Manisha was so very helpful. Patience and efficiency personified. As an 80 something the booking process can be daunting and it is so important one is not “rushed”. I was relaxed and comfortable throughout.

This was the coastal experience week…
This was the coastal experience week cruise starting May 29th in Croatia on MV Amorena. Tour manager Bobby with his fountain of knowledge and sense of humour and the excellent crew who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Marko produced excellent dishes everyday and Tamara served us with courtesy. and friendliness at every meal and kept our glasses topped up. . The captain kept us safe along the beautiful coast and Tanya kept our cabins cleans. ‘ The rest of the crew worked tirelessly and the highlight was when the sails were hoisted by the them enabling us to sail in the breeze.

Too many children at this Hotel if you want a relaxing break
We stayed at the Best Triton Hotel in Benamadena
The Hotel looked very nice our room was nice unfortunately we were on the 9th floor and for three days of our 14 day stay only one of the two lifts was working and one day there was no water in our room also we was above the Irish bars and they were shouting till at least 3am in the morning so not much sleep
The Hotel had 4 pools and one rooftop pool not one was for adults only they were full of young children with footballs and inflatables so no swimming which I love we had to go for a swim in the sea
We went all inclusive trying to get a drink was very hard work at meal times it was fine
There was a child brought a scooter down at evening meal and another brought a football I also thought there was a dress code some of the guest looked like they had just come from the pool or beach I expected better
The evening entertainment left a lot to be desired also it was full of young children running around all night not what we expected from a Saga holiday
The Taxi from home to the airport and airport to the hotel were fabulous but the two on return I would sooner have booked my own we felt the hotel was understaffed we had trouble trying to find a clean table at lunch time only for a waiter to come and wipe the bits off the table onto the floor kids poking there fingers in the food overall not the best holiday at least the weather was good
