A saga advert is interrupting a program I was enjoying. So while I wait for program to resume I am giving you 1 star

We have just booked a SAGA holiday to Lake Garda for next year. Harley , the young man who assisted us with our booking was excellent.He answered all our queries and we were very satisfied with the service. We are already excited looking forward to our SAGA holiday.

The staff and everyone working person was brilliant. But some of the other passengers were not. I walk with a stick and the able bodied people were rushing to overtake whilst walking to the coach for a trip. One trip was so bad that only search i had was right at the back I had to walk sideways and getting off, of course I was the last there was no one there to help me down the massive step.the driver never moved out of his seat.if they are going to use independent companies surely that must state some rules

I have been taking holidays with Saga for many years and this time, as always, it was easy to book the holiday and the Saga Travel Consultant I spoke to, Millie Whitcher, was extremely helpful and considerate. Well done again, Saga!

Very well organised tour, Sights, Sounds of Southern USA.
Tour made even better by the tour manager Steve Pritchard who was knowledgeable, informative, witty and generally helpful. He made the whole tour enjoyable and his recommendations were always good.

Had a great time on the South tour coved a lot of ground & subjects. Hotels wear good. Would recommend this as a very good taster for the South US. Steve the tour manager had a in depth knowledge of the area & was very helpful.

I have just booked a holiday for November 2027. I have spoken to Molly twice and while being professional and answering all my questions she had time for a chat making the whole process a thoroughly enjoyable experience. T he promised paperwork was sent out immediately. A very impressive experience.

Checking for Food and Wine in Cadiz. In February. The young girl tried to be very helpful but didn’t know any Spanish names and thought Cadiz was spelt with a K so couldn’t find it. People whose job it is to answer customers should have appropriate training. She offered to check further for availability but then found that was not possible. This holiday is still shown on the website

Spoke to Michaela to book our second Saga holiday. Our first was a cruise to Norway which we loved. We have just booked a rail journey holiday in Switzerland for next year. Michaela was very friendly & helpful. She phoned us back when she said she would & answered all our questions.

I spoke to a lovely young lady called Lola on the phone to book a holiday I was interested in
She informed me clearly about all the booking formalities and told me everything I needed to know in a polite and friendly manner

i cannot fault saga i had issues i needed asking about the hotel because im not the most agile he said he would contact the hotel to find out and would call me back the next day and true to his word i got a call back with the answer i needed. so proceeded with the booking which as usual went smoothly great chat paid my deposit and within 10 minutes i was printing my booking thankyou

I have just booked a holiday with Saga. I made an enquiry a couple of days ago by phone, unfortunately this holiday had sold out, Tabitha the Saga advisor said she would see if there would be more availability. This morning she phoned me back to say unfortunately the holiday was no longer available, I was so delighted to have a call back and to be able to speak to a very helpful advisor that I have booked an alternative holiday.

Having just read the review from Andi dated 3rd September regarding the river cruise, I would like to share our recent, 20th-30th August on the Spirit of Discovery cruise Firstly, the crew and staff were,as always, faultless. The only problems we had were with a significant minority of thoughtless, arrogant and entitled fellow passengers. Each excursion we went on was the same. My wife has mobility isses and requires to use a stick. The "entitled" insisted on trying to be the first on and first off of the coaches or busses. Their behaviour was absolutely appalling. They tried elbowing their way past less able passengers on gang planks and when boarding the tenders. They almost broke into a run while itching to get the front seats, leaving the less agile to take the precarious walk to the rear seats. At photo opportunities or comfort breaks they leapt from their seats even before the coach had stopped in their quest to be first off. Why? There's no need to rush, we are only as fast as the slowest ship in the convoy. For goodness sake have some patience and empathy for others less fortunate healthwise than your selfish selves. What's the rush? You're on holiday. Let's hope it doesn't happen to you.

I wanted the experience of staying in Portuguese pousadas. A Saga tour departing 22nd September would have suited me just right. I rang last Thursday, 3rd September, to book but was told that that tour is fully subscribed. Hallie, somehow, must have sensed my disappointment! She explained that there is a possibility that seats may still be available on the tour flights, as well as rooms in the pousadas of the tour. She would check the availability and book, if I am happy for her to do so.
Today, I have paid and on the tour! What a service, and thank you Hallie.

Booked our 3rd holiday through Saga. For our latest booking we spoke to Katrina who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our previous Saga holidays were excellent and we have no doubt that this one will be the same.

Dealing with Kat, who booked my holiday , was very easy .She explained everything well and answered my questions clearly
