Price has doubled and currency conversion errors made it 3x to 4x with refuse to fix

They've Doubled the service price.
When paying, they had a problem with currency conversion and billed almost twice more (almost 4x the price that was before)

No refund. I don't have time to deal with this so I will move out on the next renew

I've been using Heficed Cloud servers…

I've been using Heficed Cloud servers for more than 5 years now, honestly, I'm surprised by their performance and network speed. Also, the fact that I can real-time message their team over Slack saved me in a couple of emergencies. Keep on goring Heficed and keep up on a good job!

We respect the internet rules, and we fight for sustainable and safe internet. We do not tolerate any abuse-related activities from our customers.

We have identified your account, and we see that we have received numerous malware reports related to your activity in less than a year.

In case of abuse or any similar adverse circumstances, Heficed is taking necessary actions to suppress the incident as soon as possible. Heficed is trying to cooperate toward a problem resolution as long as the User puts relative effort into mutual cooperation.

However, the User has no right to demand re-activation of the Service if Heficed believes it will cause another incident. Abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the account.
