⭐ 1 Star – Worst RDP Service I Have Ever Used

This is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable RDP service I have ever experienced.

My RDP stopped working completely for an entire day, and despite repeated messages, the support team failed to fix even a basic issue. Because of their incompetence, all my work was stopped and my orders went into pending, causing real business loss.

Instead of solving the problem properly, they simply reinstalled the VPS without taking any backup. This resulted in loss of my important data and credentials — something that any professional provider would NEVER do. This clearly shows a complete lack of technical responsibility.

To make things worse, they changed the IP without any warning. Anyone who understands online work knows how risky this is, especially for accounts that rely on consistent login environments.

The most ridiculous part is their pricing. I am paying $15/month for this poor-quality service, while other providers are offering much better specs (6 vCores, 32GB RAM) for just $4/month. Paying more for worse service is unacceptable.

This provider is careless, overpriced, and completely unprofessional. Support is slow, unresponsive, and clearly not capable of handling real issues.

Avoid this service at all costs. Total waste of money and time.

Based on the checks performed, the issue appeared to be related to network connectivity and IP accessibility from your side. To assist further, we replaced the VPS and also recommended changing the IP as part of the troubleshooting process. However, the suggested steps could not be completed fully, which limited our ability to resolve the issue completely.

As per our service policy, VPS data is removed after the expiration period if payment is not completed within the given timeline. Multiple reminder emails and notifications were sent before the service expiration date to help avoid this situation.

ip not working

More then half of my ips has stopped working after chatting they replied that I have to wait for two days to run the ips , we work 24/7 and this issue has accoured

Don't Waste Your Hilal Money

I've purchased a package of 4 GB VPS cost $20, they had a bad service and not responding as they should do, my VPS wasn't working properly, Please try to purchase authentic vps.
