Heat Matters Recenzje

a minute agoNEW

Called this Dermot person & discussed what work i needed doing. He said he will pay me a visit the following week. I got no contact from him so texted him to ask if he was coming to check things out. He read the message and didn't bother replying back. So annoying when incompetent/unqualified people are not courteous/brave enough to respond back stating they cannot carry out the work. Why waste my time?! Just flippin' be straightforward with me so i can seek assistance from someone else!

Had my log burner fitted today and I’m absolutely over the moon with it. Dermot from heat matters really knows his stuff. I have never met such polite and professional tradesmen. They turned up on time and just got on with the job. All 3 guys were amazing. They left my room spotless and even give me a demonstration of how it works . Dermot also provides kiln dried logs at a really good price , and he does servicing of fires and chimney sweeps . I would definitely recommend Heat-matters for their professionalism and politeness. Thank you so much guys .

Excellent from start to finish couldn’t be happier. Had a damp problem in chimney breast plus wanted a stove fitted and chimney opened up. Reliable friendly and professional would highly recommend to anyone. Cleaned as they went everything kept tidy and the job they did is second to none really pleased couldn’t be happier with the work they have done, first class!!!

Not just a tradesman. An absolute crafts man. He overcome so many challenges. Listened to what we wanted and checked in with us options every step of the way. They cleaned up as the went along and paid attention to every little detail. I am thrilled

First class job . Very pleasant guys, very respectful and professional. Would highly recommend!

Huge thanks to Dermot for fitting in our stove installation before Christmas, and I can't praise him and his team highly enough. They worked tirelessly to complete the installation in one day and our new log stove looks fantastic in the fireplace opening they created for it. Dermot is a real professional, communicated well, arrived on time, gave good advice, and the work they did is immaculate. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish and we love our fire!

I cannot recommend Dermot more highly. He and his team did a fantastic job. The old fire was knocked out and the new log burner installed within a day.

Dermot made the whole process run smooth and efficiently, from quotation through to completion. The quote supplied considered our requirements and delivered totally on our expectations. The team arrived on time to carry out the works and used dust sheets to cover all floors, with works being carried out with limited mess. The end result was beyond our expectations, a very professional job all round, with our fire place looking and performing how we imagined it to. Dermot and his team are extremely professional, friendly, courteous, we couldn’t recommend them enough. Fine job guys thank you very much!

Dermot and his team installed a new stove and hearth in our house earlier this month. They completed this in one day and also found time to clean up the mess that such a big job results in. We were so impressed with their work, knowledge and professionalism and would definitely recommend to anybody looking for an honest, friendly and reliable service.

I had a new gas fire installed. The pricing was competitive. The two men were professional polite and did an excellent job. Great care was taken to respect my home. I would recommend this company to anyone.
