These guys are the best!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our new log burner & fireplace. It looks absolutely stunning. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The team are true experts, professional, and incredibly patient with our (sometimes silly) questions and guided us through every step of the process.
We checked out a couple of other companies before deciding, but nothing came close to the level of service, care, and expertise we received here. Outstanding service and a beautiful result!

Dermot from Heat Matters has looked after our wood burner for 11 years and recently installed a new one.
As always, the service was fantastic and the end result was amazing.
Stove installation can be a messy job, but Heat Matters kept everywhere as dust free as possible and cleaned up as the installation progressed.

We recently had a wood burning stove installed by Heat Matters and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We first discovered them on Instagram where they post videos of their installs from start to finish, which gave us confidence in their work. We then visited their showroom which is very well set out with plenty of options to see in person.

Dermot, the owner, came out to our house to carry out the survey and measurements. What stood out was that he also works in the showroom, so you deal with the same person throughout the whole process who already understands your property and requirements. He wasn’t pushy at all, just honest advice based on his experience and knowledge.

He provided a quote there and then and the price was very competitive, so we booked them immediately.

On installation day the team were fantastic. They were polite, professional and extremely careful in our home. One small detail that really impressed us was that they even replaced the dust sheets we had already put down with their own protective mats throughout the house wherever they needed access.

Once installed they demonstrated the fire, showed us how everything works and gave advice on aftercare and maintenance.

What really sets Heat Matters apart from other companies is that they provide the full end-to-end service — showroom, advice, survey and installation — rather than using subcontractors. They even offer ongoing chimney sweeping and have offered to return once we’ve finished decorating to complete the final touches.

We visited the shop in Middleton and straight away we was met with outstanding customer service, the same day the survey was done 7.30pm on a Saturday night that is just next level customer service and we was super impressed. Installation done a week earlier than planned was super happy. Day of installation was faultless and the precision to detail was exceptional. The installation team was so friendly, gave loads of helpful tips and took extra care in our home protecting everything. It was a pleasure from start to finish dealing with Dermot and would highly recommend this company above any other.

From start to finish Dermot was very professional. The whole experience from picking our fire and mantel to seeing the end product was excellent. I cant thank them enough for making my dream come true with the fireplace I have always wanted.

From start to finish Dermot and the lads were fantastic. From Dermot coming out to see us to discuss our options to our visit to the lovely showroom where we was greeted with a friendly welcome by Dermot with an offering of refreshments there we chose exactly what we wanted. Absolutely fantastic Company, Customer Service, Workmanship, Advice, Cleanliness....everything you can think of was 100% perfection. I can't recommend them enough. The showroom is lovely and relaxing with a range of Spirits to enjoy whilst you choose your fire, with the help of Ben's expertise and no pushy sales tactics! They came across a steel gas pipe on installation which they weren't expecting to see, but overcome this problem. This did delay them, and even though it was a late finish for them they still took a lot of time making sure everything was as perfect as could be and cleaned up after themselves. Dermot and his team were brilliant from start to finish. It was a difficult installation as it had to go through the conservatory glass roof and they managed it brilliantly and I am very satisfied with the end result. They covered all the furniture so I didn’t have to worry too much about dust. Dermot showed me how to operate the fire. He and his team were very pleasant and friendly.

After visiting the store and booking all the work in we made a slight change 3 days before the work was to commence and the lads sorted it out then from start to finish of the job every step was amazing and every detail covered down to hiding the wires for the tv

The lads had a stupidly long day from travelling to our house yet they still left the place clean and tidy

From the initial assessment from Dermot and recommendations and product knowledge I would highly recommend. Received quote when expected, booked in for fitting date. Arrived at expected time. Placed dust sheets to avoid dust, cleaned up after themselves. Got on with the work and no disturbances while I was working from home. Demonstrated how to light fire with clear instructions. Love our fire, especially because it has been so cold these last few nights.

From the start with Ben in the show room, and Dermot completing a survey and follow up review, to the two days on site. I am extremely happy with the work they put in especially in the challenging weather.

The result is perfect and they worked without complaint and were very courteous and clean working throughout.

I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending to friends and family.
