I had a problem with the fire that I ordered and this was dealt with by Lee extremely speedily and satisfactorily. Unfortunately this resulted in a further issue and this time was dealt with by Jake, again extremely speedily and satisfactorily.
I cannot praise enough these two persons for their commitment to their jobs and customer satisfaction. This obviously reflects on the company which I would certainly use again and recomend.

I found this company extremely easy to deal with, easy to contact with a local phone number, even though there was a manufacturing defective issue this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Hannah was especially helpful and friendly keeping us up to date regularly, will definitely use again 👌🏼

We bought a gas fire stove from heat depot and they didn’t order the rear flue kit also some parts were missing when I complained they told me to contact the manufacturer regarding the missing parts which is not my responsibility. They eventually sent me the balance flue kit but the missing pieces I had to contact the manufacturer myself. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE ITS DISGUSTING HOW I WAS TREATED.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company, and for the 2nd time it's a 5 out of 5 star rating. The whole experience of viewing in the showroom to the installation of are new log burner has been a fantastic experience, a great service and product i can not recommend them enough. And a special thank you to paul from the sales team.

Well my experience with this company has been excellent. Although I had an issue with the fire I purchased eg it was too big for my fireplace. I only found this out when my gas engineer came to fit it and after reading the installation instructions he measured the space and informed me that in order to fit it there would be significant works that would need to be done before it could be fitted. The cost of this project was in excess of £2k which was way more than we had budgeted for.

So upon contacting HotPrice they assured me they would do their best to assist me in returning it to the manufacturer. This was done but my delivery agent Parcel Force for some unknown reason decided to change the tracking number so it was impossible to track it.

However Hanna went the extra mile to trace my missing delivery and made contact with Legend Fire and handled the return process.

I can only say thank you Hanna you did HotPrice a fantastic job of helping use and you should be very proud of yourself❤️

From searching the website to ordering the fire, it was an easy process. I had a problem re the delivery address which was explained clearly and precisely by your Sharon Jones. She became my point of contact and she was excellent. Her replies to my questions were accurate and reassuring and customer service was excellent. I can't fault HotPrice.co.uk or Sharon in any way.

Ordered stove , excellent price . Jake made arrangements for a date to enable the goods to be received .
He checked all in order … just made whole transaction efficient , helpful , friendly .

Be very careful buying an aga gas fire! The pilot lasts one year and then you can’t buy the part! By all means buy the fire which i paid over 1800 for to last approx a year and for it to last that length of time! I can’t believe this company sells fires where you can’t source or buy parts!!! Absolute disgrace! Massive expense for a short time! If you go direct to aga they say they don’t supply the part! They give you a number for a different company who buy from Aga! Wow go figure! But then the company can’t actually get the part from Aga! Actual disgrace these companies sell a product that has such a short shelf life!

Update! Thank you for your email giving me the product number and company to source the part! My gas engineer has been trying to get this part from the company you recommend for over three weeks! I just called them to order the part that I had been advised by yourselves could be purchased with a three week turn around! Not the case and still can’t purchase the part needed! Sure it’s not best practice to see a product that parts can’t be purchased for! Would recommend people not buying Aga gas fires from any company! Seriously cold and extremely annoyed

I was pleased to receive a 'follow up' call from Jake Rylance. There had been a minor problem with the contents of the Valor Petrus Slimline fire that had been delivered to me. I was able to confirm to Jake that the missing part had been sent to me within 48 hours of my phone call. The fire is now fitted and I can say that I'm extremely pleased with both my choice of fire and the service from HotPrice.

We had a problem with the remote control for the fire.
When I contacted the your firm Jake (Rylance) helped me out on several occasions. He contacted the suppliers a couple of times, got back to me to keep me updated with what was going on. Between Jakes help and the service from the manufactures our problem has been solved. It is lovely to have pleasant service from a firm. Thank you

After waiting 3 months for the fire to be delivered and been told at regular points it was coming. I couldn’t have been happier when I finally got a delivery date. It arrived. Got it fitted - but didn’t work. Seems the electrode’s old and won’t spark. Rang Hotprice. Lengthy conversation, where I pleaded to send it back and get my £1300 refund. I was told that I should off checked when it arrived and sent it back then - don’t know about you, but I didn’t know what an electrode looks like !!!! And not have it fitted. The shop was happy to take my money but have claimed I must claim on my warranty for the fire for a replacement part. I payed a lot of money and expected a working fire - not one I that would immediately need fixing - don’t waste your money.

I purchased a Dimplex electric fire from hotprice.co.uk which was a great price having shopped around.
Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Kirsty who gave excellent customer service ( thank you Kirsty ). I would use and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new fire. Also a great showroom.
However when I contacted Dimplex direct to activate my guarantee I was disappointed to receive conflicting information regarding the guarantee. One person said it would be for 3 years and the other said 1 year but mine would be for two years. I was also told by a member of staff that the manufacturers guarantee wasn’t that great and didn’t cover very much anyway. Dimplex should perhaps make it clearer and simpler to avoid people’s disappointment.I would give Dimplex 3 ⭐️ stars

I'm more than pleased with my purchase of a black Burley Cottesmore Fire Basket. I'd looked everywhere for this style of electric fire and no luck until I found HotPrice via "Handyman" shop's Glen, in Farnham Common. I had help installing the item and it looks magnificent in my large open fireplace of my cottage built in 1855. Thank you for prompt delivery as well.

I recently called in to the store in Middleton to discuss the possibility of having a log burner installed in my home. From start to finish I found the staff friendly, informative and I never felt pressured at any time. I agreed to hy the work done and I couldn't be happier. The chaps that installed it were top notch. They worked so hard and tried to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. I would have no worries recommending this company to anyone. It's one thing being one of the cheapest sellers online, but it's something else when a company also massively exceeds expectations. I've bought a gas fire online before and found myself waiting an eternity for it to arrive, but not with HotPrice.co.uk. Delivery was promised in just a few days, and it even came earlier than expected. I cannot fault this company.

I ordered a gazco beat fire with hotprice as it was the cheapest compared to every other retailer for the same model and 0% finance available. I had an issue with discoloured coal and Lee from their customer service contacted gazco and got me sent a new set of coals. Price and service great.

We wanted to replace an old gas fire with a new hearth and fire surround.
We found Hot Price with an internet search, and visited the showroom in Manchester, where we were assisted by a very helpful salesperson called Ben. He spent some time with us discussing our needs and looking at the various displays. We settled on a Tiverton surround and a Chollerton electric fire.
It was installed on the 1st March by a courteous and friendly fitter, who completed the job in a morning.
He cleaned up everywhere and vacuumed the carpet leaving the room clean and tidy.
We were very pleased with the whole experience, from placing the order to the job being completed, and will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for a new fire.

We needed to replace an old back-boiler and old-fashioned gas fire in part of our property, with an electric fire.

The gas supply to the whole house was due to be cut off, while a new gas pipe was installed and we wanted to get the new electric fire in place before this work was undertaken, so that we had some heating available.

We had selected the model of fire required and found it available on the HotPrice Site at a very competitive price.

I ordered it on 20 February, having telephoned first to ask whether it could be delivered on 23rd. I was assured by Sharon that if we put that request on the order form, it would be done. It was!

I needed to check on another point after placing the order and spoke to Jake.

Both Sharon and Jake were very helpful.

It was a somewhat worrying experience to think that we might have been without heating for a day or so in cold weather, while the work was undertaken. However, this was avoided by the efficiency and helpfulness of HotPrice.
