The Cheshire Stove Shop Recenzje

We had great service from Martyn and James from start to finish on purchasing our fire. Martyn helped us selecting the right fire and James was great installing it. It was all made so easy and we love it!
The guys fully respected our property and there was minimal mess/disruption.
Can’t wait to use it when it gets cooler. A beautiful product. Thank you very much x.

Faultless service and great to deal with both James and Martyn. Highly recommend

The team were very professional. The work is of fantastic high standards. Would definitely recommend.

Rick & Lee came to my house to fit a log burner and I couldn’t have asked for 2 better guys. They were extremely prompt, they got straight on with the job, no mess and they were very particular on keeping my house tidy and dust free. Both guys didn’t stop all day and the result was amazing. They showed me exactly how to light the burner and didn’t mind when I took notes 🤣they left my property with a beautifully lit log burner

I had a great experience purchasing a new fire for my home with Martyn and his team. I had clearer advise than with other companies and bought a new stove and chimney liner. The work was done quickly and with care - I love it!

Martyn did a fabulous job of scoping out the work needed for me to build a new fireplace with fake chimney breast and built in benches/ log stores in the alcoves. I found both Martyn and James professional, responsive and thorough in their work. I highly recommend engaging them for fireplace projects that are innovative and require attention to detail.

Very knowledgable team, polite and not pushy at all.

Couldn’t have asked for more from this company. Incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish. Thanks to Martin and his team. Stevie, Nic, Sylvie and Sidney

Great local company from the very start, having never had a wood stove before the guys in the shop explained all options brilliantly with no pressure to buy from them. Once we had decided to buy the survey and work was carried out extremely professionally and cleanly. More than happy with our stove and happy to recommend to friends and family.

Very professional job. All waste removed on job completion. Thanks to Dan & Lee for their hard work. Will definitely recommend them.

A first class experience from the initial consultation, the scoping, and then advice and recommendations throughout the install, through to installation itself and then completion of the project

Every member of the team were super friendly, helpful, professional, timely, experienced, we felt in safe hands throughout, very inclusive and were amenable to changes mid project.

We’re very happy with our wood burner and having chosen the Cheshire stove shop. We are happy to recommend them to anyone - 5 stars!

Fantastic experience from start to finish having 2 wood fired stoves fitted. Advice and support from Martyn and Nick was so helpful and friendly. Really good installation job by Lee and Clive - consulted us throughout and really great quality and tidy work. Its a fantastic local business that also sells a range including British made "Clock" stoves. If you're not sure if you need a stove visit their showroom in Macclesfield... and you'll realise you do! :-)

Thank you to Martyn, Nick and the team for a great customer experience from start to finish. Extremely informative and professional - we absolutely love our new stove. We were recommended The Cheshire Stove Shop by family and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the market for a new fire. Thanks again, Jason & Helen

I can't rate this company highly enough. They installed 2 gas stoves in our property. Highly organised, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly at every step of what we knew would be a slightly problematic installation. Excellent service from start to finish, thank you!

Martyn, Nick and the installers were very efficient and helpful. Highly recommended team.

Very happy with the recent installation of a log burner into my home, which has given the small room a focal point.
Lee and Clive worked very cleanly and were very knowledgeable. Thanks to Martyn and his team for their work and advice.
Would recommend.

Knowledgeable, professional and first class service from our initial visit to the showroom through to completion of the gas fire and chimney breast installation. And we couldn't be more happy with then end result.
Would recommend Martyn and his team 100%. These guys know what they're doing.

The Cheshire Stove Shop provided us with a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Having visited a selection of competitors in the initial stages, it was the high quality products and the brilliant customer service which lead us to choose The Cheshire Stove Shop and we were not disappointed.

Martyn and Nick were extremely knowledgeable and their patience with all our first-time buyer questions was second to none. Upon installation James and Jude continued to deliver great customer service; they worked around our builders with no complaints and left our lounge spotless upon completion. To say we are pleased with our new HETA Stove is an understatement.

We would not hesitate to recommend this fab company to anyone looking to purchase a new fire. Thank you once again to all the team for a great experience!
