The Cheshire Stove Shop Recenzje

Brilliant job, totally professional and fantastic results.

Great customer service from start to finish... when they came to survey my home, when I visited the showroom to choose a stove, when the installation took place and all the emails and phone calls in between.
I certainly recommend.

Very pleased with the service received. Martyn provided great advice about the choice if stove given the limited room we had available.

There were a couple of minor issues with the installation but both were dealt with quickly and professionally which I consider the best sign of good service.

Really pleased with everything and would recommend.

We could not be more happy with our new log burning stove bought from The Cheshire Stove Shop. Martin, Nick and the guys were superb. They were so helpful in choosing the right stove and dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. Installation was a dream and their attention to detail and quality of fitting was just incredible. I am so glad we went local using this company. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Well run business / professional / good products / sound advice / nice people

From the beginning we received an excellent service from Martyn and Nick. We were welcomed into the showroom and walked through all the different options available to us. Martyn was able to give us a swift survey and quote, breaking down all the costs and options. The installation was fast and efficient and to a very high standard. The wood burner has greatly enhanced our living space and makes a wonderful focal point. We would highly recommend The Cheshire Stove Shop.

A really great experience from initial advice in the showroom to the home visit to the fitting. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service and advice from the moment we visited the show room, follow up visit to survey before purchase and full explanation as to the works involved. We agreed the works which were completed within 3 days to a very professional standard. The staff and owner are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and works to be undertaken and we highly recommended that if you are looking for a reputable company that you use The Cheshire Stove Shop Macclesfield.
Wendy and Derek

Second time we have used The Cheshire Stove Company. Would thoroughly recommend them as nothing could have been bettered throughout the buying & installation process. If you're looking for a stylish showroom with a wide range of high quality stoves then go there.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team that fit the fire were very professional very tidy no mess.

Delighted with the service from The Cheshire Stove Company! Our Contura stove was fitted by the team and they were super clean and tidy.

Great experience on installation in 2013 - terrible experience when enquiring regarding a SLIPPED CHIMNEY LINING - basicially dont want to know - told me it would be 2months to get to me and at a cost of £500 daily rate for installation - not having anything installed just need lining reinstated in correct position - very blocking and unhelpful in every respect especially as I am trying to sell my property - frankly use them for installation but find someone else for any further issues as they appear to not want to know about anything but installation and over charge for any follow up - shame as were a great service company in 2013 when I had a Clear view installed - seem to have got too much up themselves~and lost focus on the customer !

Really impressed with my purchase and the service provided, I will be telling all my friends and family all about you guys!!! Thanks again

Fantastic service from start to finish. We were away for the installation and returned to a showpiece. Beautiful job and even got a safety briefing from Alf the installer and ex fireman.

Excellent service and communication throughout.

Highly recommend these guys. Their work is of such a high standard and they are so efficient.
We had 3 burners installed and everyone has been put in perfectly

We looked around a few local fireplace shops and some never even came out to quote. We travelled a little further afield to the Cheshire Stove Shop - and got the service we wanted, explaining each query we had and talking through to the final installation. We picked a Contura woodburner and as newbies had a few issues starting the fire, again The Cheshire Stove shop talked us through step by step and it is now roaring away happily, and looks the business. Thank you to the Cheshire Stove Shop, outstanding!

I highly recommend them. They offer a very professional service and advice. Absolutely brilliant!

Great service on what was a fairly complex job - very impressed and would recommend highly

Excellent from shop salesperson to the guys who fitted our log stove. They were done in a few hours and left the room so clean and tidy you would never know they had been. Their advice was great on how to light the fire successfully each time . Brilliant all round
