I recently used Bounce Back Carpets for our 2 large sofas. Ashley and his colleague were great from start to finish and were nice and friendly. Ashley was professional and prompt over messages, he kept me updated on his arrival time and arrived on time on the day. Both sofas are now very clean and I am very happy with the service. 10/10 would recommend for sofa cleaning. Thank you very much!

We had our carpets and LVT flooring cleaned by Ashley just over a week ago and they’ve dried and come up looking brand spanking new.

We are so impressed by their professionalism, the attention to detail and the time they took to clean our flooring. Wasn’t a quick vac and dash!!!

Received 10/10 service from Ashley at Bounce Back Carpets yesterday. He arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I wasn’t sure our cream carpet could be saved, but after less than an hour it looked brand new. He also gave helpful advice on our stone flooring, which was a huge bonus. I’ll definitely be rebooking and would recommend Ashley to anyone.
