Two gentlemen arrived on time and were incredibly polite and friendly throughout the entire process. They took great care with the furniture and worked efficiently, leaving everything looking fresh and spotless. The upholstery looks brand new, and the carpet feels revived. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer service. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for professional and courteous cleaning services!

Professional carpet cleaning
Ashley and Tyler were very good, they arrived on time and did a professional job which have left our carpets like new. Communications from them was spot on and I knew what was going to happen from contact through to finish.

The team did an amazing job of cleaning our sofas and carpet. Both have come up like new despite a fair few marks on them previously. Really happy with the service from start to finish, easy to contact, reliable and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using their services.

Had our living room/ through diner carpet cleaned by Ashley, he did a fantastic job. Very professional, and communication was prompt and efficient from the start. Also very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using Bounce Back on a regular basis from now. Highly recommend!

We recently had Ash round to clean our carpets due to recently getting pets which has caused severe damage to our new cream carpets! Ash and his team, were quick to respond and provided a great price.
Ash arrived early, and has been extremely punctual through the process.
The work provided was amazing, the transformation was beyond my expectation, and would definitely use again! my carpet is like brand new again and makes a massive transformation to the whole house.
Ash’s customer service, politeness and overall workmanship is 10 out of 10!.
