Heat Matters Recenzje

Had a new cast iron fire fitted by Dermot an can honestly say the experience was painless. He communicated throughout, always getting back to me which I often find is the painful part of getting work done.
Broke everything down on the invoice, was clear with everything.

Love my new fire an would highly recommend Dermot to anyone thinking of a new fire.

Dermot installed a wood burner in my home this week. He was upfront during the quotation about what the work would entail and completed the work inside of a day.

His work is of excellent quality and I'm very happy with the finished result. I would recommend to all friends and family.

dermot gives a friendly professional service, the installation of the log burner was clean and top quality of the finished job thanks dave

Had a wood burner fitted by Dermot a couple weeks back workmanship is outstanding and all done in a day. I will definitely use him for servicing and will recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic service from Dermot and James. Great service and communication. Also the detailed invoice of price break down for every part and labour goes along way 👍👍 after care service is great as well

Replaced flue liner. Great job, no mess. Thanks Dermot. Will definitely be back next year for flue service.

Extremely happy with the wood burner that Dermot fitted.
Looks so much better than I expected makes a real difference to the living room.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Dermot installed my stove back in 2018 and I've been a customer of his ever since. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, perfectionist, customer-oriented - all words to describe Dermot. I'd never hesitate to recommend to anyone to use Dermot for your heating needs.

We are absolutely over the moon with the new stove Dermot and James fitted!
Dermot was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout, and when it came to the job they were both efficient, very tidy and the attention to detail was so impressive!
It looks better than we could have ever imagined.
Honestly could not recommend Dermot at heat matters highly enough.
Thank you both.

After contacting at least 20 installers over a 2 month period, being let down continiously, and losing the will to have a stove installed all together, we came across Dermot by chance.

Once I spoke to Dermot, I instantly knew he had great knowledge of stove installations.

Our installation was made out by other installers to be over complicated with some saying it couldn't be done. After Dermot arrived to do the survey, he confirmed there was nothing complicated about it.

We set a date, and Dermot and James arrived on time (to the minute) and started working as they took their first step through the door. Everything was covered with sheets within the working area, and installation commenced. Dermot took the time to explain each step and why he was doing it. Installation was completed and all sheets and dirt removed from the working area. Overall absolute 10 out of 10 for the job and finish is amazing.

The materials supplied were of top quality, not mass produced materials bought cheap from a wholesaler and still managed to give us a great price. Also installed my neighbours stove next door the week after.

If you're searching for a stove installer, Heat Matters is the way to go!

Just had our 5kw multi-fuel stove fitted in our lounge. Dermot & his colleague were very professional & competent. We could not be more happy with the completed installation. All our carpets, TV & furniture were covered with dust sheets & there was no mess to clear up afterwards. I would recommend to any other customer wholeheartedly.

Very happy with the result. Fantastic end result for a good price. Dermot and Jay are very friendly but very professional. After the installation Dermot told me about the fire and showed me how to light it. Highly recommended.

Dermot has just finished installing our log burning fire today and we are super happy to report that the job is 10/10 with the detail, finish and thought he put into our installation. Happy to recommend to anybody out there. Not often tradesman leave us feeling this happy.

Dermot Bond from heat maters and Jay installed our wood burner today. There workmanship and knowledge was excellent. They practically didn’t stop all day. Super professional, would definitely recommend to anyone

Dermot has just fitted a log burner for us and the whole process from start to finish was outstanding. Dermot came to see what we wanted and because we were so unsure of what was the best fire to get he spent time explaining our different options and giving honest advice. It took us a week or two to decide on a fire but Dermot was always happy to answer our questions during this time.
We were quite apprehensive about having the work done because of the amount of dust we'd heard it caused but Dermot and Jay covered everything up and worked so quickly and neatly we were over the moon!
The fire looks and feels amazing! It is honestly the best money we have ever spent!, We would definitely recommend Dermot without a second thought!,

Really impressed with Dermot who has just installed a new wood burner for us. We found Dermot through a recommendation and he's been brilliant - very knowledgeable about which fire would be the best one for us and definitely the cleanest tradesman we've ever had! Excellent service from start to finish, Dermot was always happy to answer any questions and go through the details of the work involved. I was kept informed about when the stove was due and it was installed the day after it was delivered. Dermot's workmanship and attention to detail is impressive, and the whole installation looks fantastic.
I would highly recommend Dermot and wouldn't hesitate to give him any future work.

I’ve used Dermot from Heat Matters for the install of two wood burning stoves and supply of wood / kindling over the last couple of years, and would highly recommend him.
