Delivery driver was good. Bike was in good shape upon arrival. Was not notified the bike was being picked up. After being 2 weeks late picking it up. Then no communication until I called two weeks later to find out my bike was still in Las Vegas. This was a couple days after my May 11, scheduled delivery date. Then I finally received my bike on May 25th. Memorial Day!!!

From booking to delivery I was very satisfied with the communication. I was notified for pick up, layover and delivery. My motorcycle was delivered in the same condition as when it was sent and in the timeframe that I had requested.

“Estimated” pick up and drop off dates were off by weeks not just days or hours. You would not want to use this company if you had a specific day/time for bike to be delivered. Customer Service did not care about the delays, even suggested some customers wait 6 weeks or more before delivery. I will not recommend this company to anyone and have let my reputable local dealer of my experience.

shipments are constantly being delayed and customers have been complaining shipping is taking over 8 weeks

Bike made it from FL to WI. Took 6 weeks. Never heard anything from them except pick up and delivery. Had to call several times. Constantly delayed and poor to no information where my several thousand dollar bike was. They never reset haul mode so battery completely dead. It survived the trip so why a 3 star. Experience during travel would be less than one star.

It took 2 months to have my bike delivered...2 MONTHS!! Can you believe it..What rating would you give?

The driver who delivered my bike was excellent. My bike which was brand new was delivered with absolutely zero damage! HOWEVER the bike delivery was very late by 23 days. Their dispatch never returned my calls when they said they would. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM. If you can wait for your bike delivery and don’t mind dealing with a company that cannot keep their word nor keep you informed about the status of your delivery you have come to the right place.
