I ordered my bike at a great discounted quote. Checked back a couple days afterwards and the quote was a few hundred more. I was pleased! Danny Reyes was excellent! He answered all my questions very quickly via email as this was my first time getting a bike shipped! It was moved from Texas to Illinois. My bike was delivered via an enclosed 26' CRST truck on a specialized motorcycle pallet with an electric lift as advertised. I got the free $7,000 valuation coverage, but didn't need it. They also gave updates on each location the bike was moved to. Great piece of mind! Overall, I was very pleased and would use Motorcycle Shippers again if needed. Great service.

Mo picked up my chopper in Washington State, secured it with padded tie downs, taking great care not to scratch the custom paint and chrome. He delivered it to a Las Vegas transfer location. John took over with the same care and delivered my chopper to my home in Tombstone, AZ. No scratches, no dings. It may take a little time in transport, but so worth the professionalism and care from both drivers. Oh yeah! Almost forgot: throughout the whole process, Danny explained things and kept me updated. So far so good, request form was simple

over a month and $900 to ship my '81 moto guzzi monza 1500 mi., and they still managed to put a deep gouge into one of the irreplacable side covers.

Estimated delivery date was December 4th and I still have not received my bike. I’ve been the one having to reach out and the date has been changed numerous times. Love that i won’t receive no compensation due to the fact that they are very late and have been giving me different dates the last 2 weeks. There is no excuse.

They picked up the motorcycle on the first day of the date range, and delivered it on the first day of the delivery date range: 7 days total door-to-door from Ohio to Colorado.
