Has been over 5 months and still dealing with haulbikes and the damage they did while my bike was in their posession. Do not advise using them.

Haulbikes did a good job and the price was reasonable. It did take a little longer than I expected, 5 weeks. Luckily, I had no urgent need for it to arrive at my destination.

Always a good transaction from the team.

Time frame from what I was told when setting up service was too long a month and a half to pick up and deliver. Was told it was going to be picked up within 2 weeks.

The driver that delivered to our location did a awesome job keeping us informed from the time he picked it up at the regional hualbike hub and was easy to communicate with. Took excessively longer to arrive compared to other transportation services we've used in the past. Will continue to use as a backup option but will primarily use alternative shipping methods.

Only took almost 3 months to get it delivered other than that Im satisfied

Excellent price, seamless professional service, and excellent drivers who were communicative, responsive, helpful, and thoughtful upon delivery.

Scheduled time to deliver needs to be more accurate. We originally had a delivery date which was one month before we actually got our trike back.

We didn’t realize the handle bars had loosened until we drove the bike home, this incurred additional expense to us.

Drivers were very professional only schedule needs improvement.

The price was good and the bike arrived in good condition. However, the pickup was a month late and the seller had it sitting in his shop for a month after the scheduled pickup time waiting for pickup. My rep had a hard time getting back to me after promising to do so a few times. The process took over 2 months from contract to delivery and it was only Missouri to Wisconsin.

The service was great. The scheduled arrival times could have been more certain.

TLDR: Do they know what they’re doing? Yes! Does the office care if anything goes wrong? Nope!

Wish I could leave a better review, but they do not hold up their end if anything goes wrong. The day to day guys were all nice, but the office is a mess and does not care about you.

I had to ship my bike last minute and they were so helpful and so kind with getting it coordinated. I ended up dropping it off at their Vegas warehouse rather than doing a traditional pick up. The guys at the warehouse were very nice, and everything was great until it was time for delivery. I get a call that my bike is going to be dropped off the next day, it’s ahead of schedule, I am thrilled. The next day I get a call from the guy delivering my bike, asking me if I’ve talked to the office. When I say no, he starts apologizing. He had dropped another bike on mine, and it was damaged. It was not rideable, he broke my clutch off and scratched the side. He’s super apologetic, says he’s grateful I am not freaking out on him. This is why they carry insurance, I’m upset but it’s not like it was on purpose. I talk to the office, they explained to me what the process is; we end up redirecting the bike be delivered to a local dealership. I meet it at the dealership, take pictures, and the truck driver explains what happened and admits the damage to me and the dealer.

My first warning should have been when I had to get two separate estimates on the damage (reminder, it is not drivable, and they’re not going to cover the tow). Or when they replied to the email where I sent the paperwork, asking me to resend because they couldn’t find it. Or when my contact went out of office without any notice or an OOO email. Unfortunately, I expected the same kindness and care shown when I booked, and I did not receive it.

They eventually email me and inform me that they’re going to give me $170, when the damage was almost $1000 in parts/labor! Partly due to a deductible which I did not select (my fault for quickly filling out paperwork and not catching it because it was pre-filled) put partly because they declined some of the damage! I don’t understand what the point of having two professional estimates of the damage, including the driver explaining exactly what happened to the first dealership, when they will decide what damage is covered, and make their own determination of the cost of parts/labor. Some of the damage was superficial scratches, and I never would’ve repaired that, had it not been their fault. Entirely my fault for assuming that they were going to be on the up and up, but really disappointing that they damaged my bike and didn’t take care of it. Even the process to claim the $170 was cumbersome and unprofessional. They’re emailing word docs instead of PDFs for “official” notices. Office needs to step up and match the level of care of their ground crews, until then I can’t recommend. It’s not worth the risk of something going wrong.

Crystal Gomm was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the process and, unlike another rep., didn't say "Oh that's not possible." Crystal made things work.
My motorcycles were picked up when planned; the driver was thorough and careful handling them.
Motorcycles were ready and waiting at the Haul Bikes warehouse the day we arranged to pick them up. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.
