Outstanding!!! Cost effective safe efficient and friendly!!!

Bike arrived in excellent condition. No issues. Only issue it took a couple weeks longer then estimated.

Great experience

The bike arrived in perfect condition, that's the most important part. Delivery was one month past the estimate. When I called for updates the staff was friendly but wasn't ever able to tell me when the bike was scheduled to leave their facility. Drivers were great with communication before arrival. They arrived early but 1/2 mile from my house so I needed to get a ride to go pick it up. Would use Haul Bikes again but would prefer if the estimates were more accurate or if staff would amp up communication once the estimate date passed.

Not having to worry about anything made it a great experience.

The pick up was great. Driver professional, good communicator and great sense of humor, friendly. Drove to my home, as a driver choice was an option.
Delivery not so good. Lack of communication by driver. Several time changes throughout the day. I had to cancel a couple items that day. He said he would arrive in the afternoon. I asked for a few hours window. Got it. Then it chewed twice, and I was told he would only be in my area one time. It went to my home delivery to a downtown location, to a truck stop just off the freeway convenient for him. I paid for home pick-up and home delivery. Both locations were local streets, no weight limits. The delivery was extremely inconvenient and a waste of my day, along with no delivery at my home. Pick up great, delivery very dissatisfied.

Great service from scheduling, to pickup and delivery. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. True door to door service!

I can't seem to get an answer why it takes 18 days to pick a bike up, & then 28 days to deliver ?????????

Great service but a bit long. Took 5 weeks exactly from FL to MI. but overall a great company.

It wasn’t great, took way too long. From April to June. Was supposed to be in Florida in May.

I had a great experience having my ATV transported from the East Coast to Los Angeles. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and I was kept updated throughout the delivery. My Driver John kept me in communication which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
The team handled everything professionally and with great care. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing reliable long-distance transportation for an ATV, motorcycle, or other vehicle.

In today’s market it was good value for the $$ spent. Bike was loaded and unloaded with care. Would have appreciated more communication regarding estimated time of arrival during the process.

I initially gave wide delivery parameters of 30 Day expected delivery of a bike across country from CA to SC. Actual delivery time was over 75 days with very limited updates. I had to inquire to get updates. Driver was courteous and professional, but system wide was a failure. Would not recommend.

Too expensive. Too slow. No warning the day prior to delivery.

We cannot speak highly enough of Haul Bikes and the job they did shipping our motorcycle from Arizona to New Hampshire. They did everything as promised at a reasonable price and kept us fully informed as our motorcycle moved across the country. If you need your motorcycle shipped anywhere, look no further than Haul Bikes - they are the best in our experience!

Best price i found but took a month to pick it up and a month to transport.
