Took just shy of 2 months to get my bike from Chicago to San Diego. No communication, no apology for delay. I expected better. That being said, their staff took good care of my bike. Should call themselves monthly direct instead of daily direct

once the bike was picked up at our dealership, it sat in a warehouse in another state, customer was not happy.. if its going to be a period of time from pick up to delivery customer on both ends needs to be notified!! this is from the first dealership (pick up)

The lead time for delivery was long. It ended up being right at 2 months total, from the time I signed the contract to actual delivery. And just a little over 2 weeks more than the estimated delivery time frame. Communication was lacking as well. Everything I heard in reviews before I chose them. But the price was a lot cheaper than a few of the other well known competitors and the bike was not damaged during shipping!!

I think the driver should get a new trailer or someone fix the one he has! He shouldn't have to deal with the back door not functioning properly! That is dangerous. If that door was to break even more while going down the highway, it will not be good for cars behind the truck!

The Employees are always excellent to work with. The delivery took much longer than expected, which was true the last time I shipped with Haulbikes.

David was a true professional and a great communicator. He told me what to expect and made the delivery as stress free as possible. Dottie was very helpful as well and always kept me updated. Great experience! I would use HaulBikes again.

You picked up the bike 2 days after your pick up date expired and you delivered the bike the following week from when you said you would deliver and you took forever to move the Motorcycle

Great shipping relative to taking care of the bike, but took a total of 6 weeks to get bike from Colorado to arizona. If you are in a hurry, this may not be your transport company. Communication could have been better too. Emails requesting status were not responded to either.

As a regular customer of Haul Bikes I received the worst experience with customer service the bike was delivered 60 days after it was picked up. I had to micromanage this whole pick up process because of lack of coordination with the office and logistics as far as a release of liability. I asked to speak with the owner about my concerns with this process he never bothered to contact me I feel like he does not care about his customers obviously I will no longer be working with this company. A real shame because I actually had all of my bikes show up in good condition the drivers are super people but also now they won't deliver to New England so that puts me out of reach for this company anyway I would look into other options before you decide to work with this company they have slid way downhill and if you want your bike within 60 or less days you are not going to get that with Haul Bikes

Very trustworthy. This is the second time I use your company to move a bike and would definitely use you again. My bike arrived safe and sound. Drivers are very professional and handle the bikes with care.

It took over two months to get the bike from GA to NH, which is unacceptable. I have used Haul Bikes for years, well over a dozen times, and it is taking longer and longer to get the bikes delivered, and they also no longer go to smaller towns.

The Driver, Ivan was professional and respectful. He took great care in documenting the bike and securing the load.
Your logistics team on the other hand were greatly delayed with coordinating the trip In a timely fashion. The bike sat at your terminal for a total of 8 weeks in PA. These delays made me miss 2 large motorcycle rallies. Communication with customer service at first was good, but fell off the chart when shipment was returning. It was approximately 10 weeks round trip your company had my bike.
Highly disappointed with that part of the service.
