First time using a Motorcycle delivery carrier, communication between office personnel pick up and delivery drivers were on point, price very reasonable.
My only complaint(more like venting lol) is that i was expecting for the motorcycle to get delivered sooner, Bike got picked up in Surprise, AZ delivered Tucker, GA and it took a month for it to be delivered but at the same time it's all about timing...... is summer time and everybody is doing their move.

Thumbs-up definitely will recommend them and use their services again.

Make sure you understand when calling and setting up a bike transport with Haul bikes that it may take up to 6 weeks before you ever see your motorcycle.

Not quite sure why but it took 6 weeks to get my motorcycle from San Diego to Tennessee. I was told it would be there soon and the dates kept getting pushed back and pushed back and they told me it was in transit. :(. Extremely frustrating.

The bike arrived, looks like in the same shape as when it left New England. That's good!

The just ok? It took about a month and a half to arrive.

The unfortunate? No call or message to let me know it was arriving. I had to leave work an hour early.

Arrived on time, you can tell that the driver is patioate about motorcycles and took extreme care of umloading my bike.

I had a great experience with HaulBikes. Pickup was fast, the drivers were friendly, and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

The experience was very cut and dry. After I signed the contract and submitted payment, I was provided an estimated pickup date and a estimate delivery date. My bike was picked up a day after the estimated date and delivered 3 days before the estimated delivery date. Office employees were very pleasant as well as the truck driver, who was very helpful. This was my 3rd time using them and I will continue to do so.

The driver was professional, helpful, and supremely competent.

My entire experience with Haul bikes was nothing short of amazing! They have an excellent customer service team and they are very responsive and knowledgeable when you call in, and the drivers upon pickup and delivery were both super easy and great to work with! I will recommend Haul Bikes to anyone looking to have their bike shipped to another state!

Price was great , phone calls were fine bike came as promised . Pick up was only five days late and it showed up 21 days late. Good service just don't expect pick up or delivery on est. dates Thanks

The communication was excellent from Dorothy and others in the run-up to delivery. But I have to say that Jon, who delivered my bike, went over and beyond and didn't have to. He delivered the bike on-time and with care, AND he made sure that I was going to be OK, as my bike wasn't rideable (not Haulbikes' fault!). He took extra time and went out of his way not to leave me stranded, and because of his consideration and generally good humaning, I was able to get my bike to a trusted, local mechanic who is helping me get it road-ready again. Jon was, no lie, an absolute hero to me today.

Shipped a late model Street Glide from western Washington to N.Virginia for high performance work. So needless to say, quite a valuable bike. Company very easy to do business with, easy to talk with, answered all my questions. Their pickup date was very close to the estimated dates. Driver called the day before, he gave me a time, easy pick up.
I see some debate about whether to put the bike in transport mode or pull the main fuse. This should be obvious . Even in transport mode, there's still draw on the battery. Takes about a minute to pull the main fuse.
Took about a month to get to VA and about the same back.Now, I used common sense, I put a gps tracker on the bike, so I knew where it was at all times. Gave me peace of mind.
If you've in a hurry, Haul Bikes is not for you. This is how they keep their prices reasonable. I'm sure you can find a way to get your bike across country in a matter of days, but it's gonna cost you.
Everyone I delt with at Haul Bikes was professional and courteous ,and did what they said they would do. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

They moved my bike safely and with care from Florida to Ohio. Are they the fastest? No. They will tell you that. Are they the best? Yes. I would not feel safe with shipping it with anyone other company. I wanted my bike hauled in an enclosed trailer, you can not get that assurance with the other bidding shipping company's.

Very poor communication during transit of bike. Contract signed April 6th estimated delivery was May 8th. Bike was delivered June 8th. I realize the original delivery date was an estimate, my disappointment is a result of a lack of anyone returning my calls for almost three weeks. Sorry, but cannot recommend your company and will not use again.

If you only count getting the bike from point a to point b in one piece, then this company did their job. but that's also why they only get an average rating. They did their job. They were about 2 weeks late both picking up and dropping off, as it relates to our agreement and contract. Their significant delay in picking up cost me hundreds of dollars in extra storage fees awaiting their arrival. Communications with tracking or updates were spotty with a round robin of courteous females answering the phone or sending emails. Most communications updates were initiated on my end with a phone call to their company. The delivery transport was just like in their image and description. Nicely painted clean enclosed double decker semi w/dedicated driver who I spoke with to change delivery stop for easier ingress and egress of his truck and closer to his next drop. So order fulfilled and would possibly use again if I had no agenda and abundance of time.

I’ve shipped my motorcycle between Florida and Minnesota many times and appreciate the care they take in transporting my bike. My last transport was perfectly executed as expected. The driver gave me an accurate ETA two days prior to meeting him at the drop off location. Great staff top to bottom.
