I paid $1100 to ship my bike from Portland, OR to Brooklyn, NY.

It was picked up on 5/7 and dropped off on on 6/28.

Each time the bike made progress in its travels I was given an update. One time I reached out to check-in and got a prompt response. The final driver was great, good communication and estimates on time.

Overall I'm happy. The price was right even if it took a few weeks longer than the estimate. I wasn't in a rush to get it delivered, so this worked out perfectly for me.

Every step along the way to get the bike delivered was as anticipated. Quote was quick and accurate. Pickup and delivery times (approx.)were stated on order. Pickup time was close but when I called because the delivery time was approaching,they pushed me out another month. Then they emailed me that it would be 2 weeks sooner???? Didn't need the bike right away so it wasn't to much of an issue. Keep that in mind if you want your bike sooner.Delivery man Mark was outstanding! Called me day before and texted me on delivery day. Arrived on time and was very courteous.

Dottie was always on top of things going through the scheduling process. David went above and beyond to keep me posted on the delivery. All drivers were extraordinarily careful and attentive while loading and unloading. Excellent team!

Great communication, took a while to get delivered, but cant plan for the unexpected.

I had a great experience with this company. I would definitely do business with them again! The delivery driver was extremely respectful and professional! I give them 5 stars all day long

While reading all the reviews about Haulbikes, I realized that they were the method I would use to ship my 3 sport bikes from Phoenix AZ to NW ILL. I wasn't too concerned that almost all reviews admitted that Haulbikes did a good job, they were just slow. It took them 6 weeks to deliver the bikes. BUT, the bikes arrived in PERFECT condition and the price was fair. All-in-all, I'm very happy customer!

The driver arrived exactly when he said he would. Dropped a star because it took a couple weeks longer than I was first told and somewhere along the way the stand was misplaced

Shocking pickup and delivery times.Nothing like you used to be. Not to mention a heads up or some form of remorse. Almost lost customers because of it. You are not the same hauler I started dealing with. Won’t use or recommend again unless sure of your business back on track. Waited through all the excuses of no drivers etc etc but no improvement.

I have no complaints, other than the longer than estimated time to deliver, but that's beyond now! Everybody involved was great, Dottie, Ruth, Andie, and the driver Mark.

Second time using Haul Bikes overall good experience, good driver communication especially. However, both times took over 30 days.

The good: our two bikes made it across the country in very good shape.

The bad: There was a lot of stress around the pickup of the bike. I called early to coordinate shipping, as we had a limited timeframe to do it. I thought we had everything planned over 3 months before the expected pick up date. However, we got a call prior to the expected pick-up window saying they were going to pick up the bikes, but we were out-of-town. They made me scramble to find a dealership in less than 24 hours to drop our bikes off at since we weren't going to be there when the driver was. I had to show evidence that they were actually planning on being there before the planned pick-up window and then they were able to find someone to get the bikes on the originally planned date. So it eventually worked out, but there was a very stressful 24 hours while we were trying to move out of our house at the same time. Also, it took over a month for our bikes to reach the destination. I realize they couldn't promise a specific date, but that was an extended amount of time, with no updates unless I called/emailed to see what the status was.

All in all, the bikes got to the destination in great shape, which is ultimately the goal. However, there was some unnecessary stress/lack of proper communication along the way.

I will never ever use anyone else to ship my bikes unless it’s HaulBikes! To start off, everyone I talk to from getting a quote to asking questions are simply thee most nicest, pleasant and professional people ever!
I had the pleasure in talking to Andrea K. when I called to get my bike shipped and she was upfront about the pickup being a couple weeks out and that it would take a couple weeks to be delivered which I was ok with. I got a three day window for delivery and pickup and they were right on the money.
If you’re ever wanting to get your bike shipped with a PROFESSIONAL company that ONLY hauls bikes and nothing but bikes in an enclosed trailer, HaulBikes is thee ONLY company to use because they treat your bike like their own.

Yesterday my 2024 Indian Springfield was delivered to my residence in rural Wisconsin. The bike arrived with the keys locked in the saddlebags and a dead battery, thus no way to open the saddlebag locks without power. My driveway is 1/4 mile and slopes up to the house, so a challenge to push an inoperative 800lb bike by myself.

Morgan, your Haulbikes driver, with his experience as a Harley owner, took the time and help me work through potential solutions while I was trying to contact the dealership to find out what had gone wrong and how to obtain the key. Ultimately, the Indian will need a new battery, but Morgan helped me to get the bike to a secure location. My unit deploys in two days, on Thursday, so even though I won't be able to ride the bike or have it operational. It is extremely comforting to know that it is in a secure location (my garage).

To me, Morgan was exceptional and went above and beyond in his efforts of customer service. I wanted management at Haulbikes to be aware of his professionalism and dedication to make sure his customers were in a good place. Even though I felt guilty about taking up his time, Morgan kept repeating that he couldn't leave a customer stranded like this.

Please pass on my appreciation for such a great representative of the human race and helping me get my dream bike of 30 years to a safe location.
