My bike arrived with no damage but the battery was completely dead because the drivers failed to put it in transport mode so I had to replace the battery upon delivery... Which was almost 4 weeks past the estimated delivery date.

Would recommend using this company if you pull the main fuse yourself so they can't start it... And do not have a definite date you need to have it delivered. Price was reasonable.

This place will get your bike and hold on to it for months. The price is cheap, the communication sucks, the bike only arrived after I threatened to file a police report for cargo theft, an FMCSA complaint, and report it as stolen to my insurance. This is not the place to use if you wand your bike anytime soon, ship it at Christmas and you might get it in time for spring. I absolutely would not use this place ever again I will just use a uhual.

The drivers where great on both ends . Polite and pleasant. My issue ia with a June 6th eta on delivery . If it is going to take longer just be honest up front had plans to go to a rally 3 week after eta. It got her a week to late . I should have gone deeper in reviews past page 5. That must be the edited ones. I have worked in the transportation industry for over 40 yrs being over 3 weeks almost 4 would not keep a driver employed. Or a company in bussnes.Yes my bike was not damaged . If I had it to do over I would have moved and flew back to get it.

Highly recommend you DO NOT use this company. Significant delays picking up motorcycle after booking, significant delays delivering motorcycle. (Took over 2 months). Motorcycle had significant damage (without prior delivery notification as the owner stated to me that is their company policy) on entire motorcycle and dropped on both sides. Significant delays and unprofessional and untimely handling of claims (still not resolved). Owner made promises to resolve claim over a month ago and is now ignoring me without timely attempt of resolution. Unacceptable communications during the entire process. Highly recommend using a professional motorcycle shipper which this one has clearly proven they are NOT a premier motorcycle shipper as they advertise that they are. Terrible COMMUNICATIONS and poor status updating to customer during each and every step of the process. This company has stated to me they are self insured. BEWARE. If you do ship pay for the full coverage insurance.

communication was great. I knew where my bike was in location weekly. Service was very slow. Took about 6 weeks to get from Pennsylvania to Arizona.

Haul bikes did an amazing job getting my bike here in one piece, and at a reasonable price.

My only complaint was them being slightly back and forth on pickup and delivery dates, which made it a headache for both the shipping and receiving agent for my bike to be available.

But everyone I talked to was helpful, kind, and professional. The bike was handled with care.

I'd use them again, and recommended them to others. Just plan to be a bit flexible with dates you need your motorcycle picked up or delivered.

Excellent communication and availability. Even with the unpredictability of the variables in this business, everyone was considerate and sympathetic. David patrone the driver was outstanding in his field. Everything was delivered safe and sound. Thank you for everything, very satisfied.

First I'd like to say that the drivers were great.
The area for improvement is delivery time. My bike was picked up on April 16th and not delivered until June 20th. Two months seem a little excessive, after I was told the delivery would only take up to 30 days maximum.
I would use Haul Bikes again.

The drop off shop did not receive a call two days ahead of drop off.

My bike was picked up and delivered as expected. I was quoted a price and charged that price (unlike what happened with my car when I shipped it across country). It took longer than I hoped but was aligned with the timing expectations that HaulBikes shared with me originally. Everyone was professional and kind.

Inaccurate time frame.

The response from the office girls, the professionalism and attitude from the drivers- all top notch. There's a driver shortage and it's causing delays- completely out of the company's control.

Well I signed the contract April 5th and bike was delivered June 29th , which is unexceptable and I will not recommend your services , and I will tell my local Harley Davidson not to recommend your company anymore to customers as bike should of been delivered within a month of signing contract

I was pleased with HailBikes service and would use them again. It was easy to set up and place the order via their web site, and their price was very competitive. I was provided a prompt status each time one was requested via email. Don't be in a hurry however as it took almost two months to transport a Honda FL250 Odyssey ATV from California to Louisiana.

Overall, the timeline was too long between the pickup and delivery. The dates quoted are not adhered to and are more suggestions than anything. I was without my bike for close to 45 days and I actually missed Laconia Bike Weekend because of the 2 week delay on the delivery. The price was very reasonable but logistics were lacking in timeliness. I even received a notice from Haulbikes hat the bike was delivered on 6/24/26 when it was actually delivered on 6/26/26.

False information provided for pick up date, The contract stated delivery would be on or before on 6/12/26, one update was delivery would not happen until 7/12/26, when i complained about the date it was moved up to 6/28,29,30th. I did receive a phone call from the driver and was advised he would deliver on the 28th between 11am & 1pm, I then received a call that he wouldn't be able to make it until 1:30.
Apron unloading my bike it was covered with unknown substance and multiply scratches and dings that where not on the bike prior to shipping.
This is the worst customer I have ever had in the transportation industry which I have been involved with my entire life.
