I have to say both John’s the one that picked up my bike and the one that delivered my Bike were professional and courteous and kind. I so appreciate you guys thank you so very much. My bike was in pristine condition. Dislike the day she left.

I was frustrated with the length of time that it took to haul the bike from Missouri to Washington, and every time I called to get an update the person I dealt with seemed to not have a clue. The bike was taken from Missouri to a warehouse in Pennsylvania and sat for a month to then go to a warehouse in Las Vegas for a few more days before heading to Washington . I ended up texting the owner Jeff Llyod and explained my frustrations and from that point he handled it personally. He checked into what I sad and apologized for the way Id been treated and told me to deal with him directly which I did, That being said I would definitely recommend Daily Direct HAULBIKES to anyone needing there bike or bikes hauled . The driver was willing to drop everything and drive 100mile north just to get the bike to me then drive back and do the 5 deliveries in Oregon. Driver was very professional and friendly and between him and Jeff that made up for the other issues. Ive been in the transportation industry for years before retiring and things happen at times. The main thing that bothered me was lack of communication on the custom service person I was dealing with and there lack of knowledge what was going on and passing it of on logistics.

bike was damaged in transit. I’ve sent four emails to you, asking to start the claims process and never got a single response back.
Very disappointed…

I have used Haulbikes for at least 10 years, both sending out and receiving and never had one problem. What really impressived me are their trailers, if you haven't seen them they are full length semi-trailers with 2 levels and a hydraulic rear ramp. The bikes are secure, spaced and locked down. I send my bike out to Colorado from Florida every summer round trip, can't ask for better service.

Driver super polite and friendly. Arrived when he said he would and bike was delivered about a week earlier than originally scheduled. No complaints!

Was not a great experience.

Everyone was VERY helpful, from the call center, customer service, drivers, warehouse... I'm happy with the value... Next time I ship my bike from one coast to the other... I know who to call!!

Not transparent with actual deliver schedule. Did not tell me until after I had paid and they had my bike that they were “running behind” . Took two months to get them to pick up my bike and deliver it. When you call to get updates you get the pleasure of speaking with Debbie who is generally unhelpful and has an attitude. Heaven forbid you ask her more than one question or ask her to repeat herself. There are a lot of shippers out there I’ve used others in the past with my company that are a little more expensive and I will tell ya pay the extra so you don’t have to deal with these people. I will say the driver who delivered my bike was fantastic though, great communication delivered right when he said he was going to, and was just really nice to deal with. They should have him train Debbie on customer service.

No worries . They are the right crew for handling motorcycles drivers and costomer services very American made men and women 👏

Bike was shipped 1 200 miles
Got there in 2 weeks , which was reasonable. The only negative I would share is that I was waiting for a call or email that the bike arrived and that didn't happen. Bike was there for a week and I didn't know it.

The driver was excellent. Haulbikes does a terrible job at communicating in general. I had to call for updates. When I did call the customer service I received was terrible. The ladies answering the phones sounded irritated and were not very helpful or sympathetic. Overall the customer service was terrible and I won’t be using this company again. Also will actively tell others to not use it. Do better Haulbikes.

Customer service is always good the people on the phone are always very polite and helpful. And the drivers of deliver the motorcycles are great always helpful always polite want to make sure you're happy with her service before they leave more companies need to follow their standards. Thanks for the great service.

Returning the bike from AZ to IL was a cluster! Put order in on 4/13 to be picked up 4/17. Actual pickup was 5/19. Was told delivery would be 6/3 and actual delivery turned out to be 5/30 with a 4 hr notice it would be arriving. Terrible communication. Price was increased by 37% for return trip and this was the service we received. Drivers were very nice and realize it wasn't their fault. Company on whole dropped the ball on this one.

Crystal Gomm did a great job of organising, but there was a doubling of the price (due to the Iran War) and it took a month for the bike to travel from Milwaukee to Los Angeles.

The delivery was late, not by a few days, but by several weeks. Delivery was scheduled for 05/03/26 and arrived 05/30/26.. that’s 4 weeks.
That part is bad but what is worse is the “yeah we’re late, WTF are you gonna do about it?” Attitude and the lack of communication from your people. In fact because you were so many week’s lake and the recipients had left town, I had to make difficult arrangements to get someone to wait around for you and then the driver calls the day before to say he’ll be there the next day. Not even 24hrs later. No email that it had left the warehouse and had been assigned a driver. No email or phone call with a few days notice, nothing.
This is the second worst motorcycle delivery experience I’ve had and I’ve shipped a dozen bikes to date and several were with Daily Direct. They never even offered a discounted fare or asked what they could do to make things better and possibly keep my business. Is this the way things are headed??

Great communication throughout the process. We relocated from Central Wisconsin to Upstate NY and this service took a lot of pressure off to transport my bike during the height of winter. It did take over a month to get but it’s in the exact condition it was when I dropped it off at the dealer for winter storage. Insurance and enclosed transport offered peace of mind. And that’s more than I can ask. Will definitely use in the future as long as I have the time to wait.

The delivery driver made it worth the weight.

Pros: My bike was delivered in tack with no scratches or dings
Cons: I was given a pick-up window which was fine. However, the bike was not picked up in that window. I had to follow up several times. The bike was finally picked up a week later. It took over a month for the bike to be delivered. I was not in a rush, but I had to constantly follow up to get any updates. I had a trip planned and expected the bike to be delivered before then. The bike was delivered while I was out and had to coordinate someone else to accept delivery for me.

Overall the price was good and the bike was safe, but scheduling and communication was subpar.
