In particular, the Covent Garden Hotel is exceptionally impressive for its location, charm, and genuinely warm and friendly staff at the front door, reception, housekeeping, concierge desk, and restaurant Brasserie Max. I strongly advise against booking your travel arrangements through this agency. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to their consistent failure to deliver on the promises made during the booking process. They significantly overcharged me, with costs that were multiple times higher than what was initially quoted or expected. The charges were not only inflated but also inconsistent, leading to a lot of confusion and frustration.

Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns, making it difficult to resolve the issues. Overall, I found their service to be unreliable and untrustworthy. If you're looking for a seamless and transparent travel planning experience, I recommend exploring other reputable agencies that prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction.
