Have booked lots of stays with Lartisien and have always been extremely happy with the service, the stays and the Lartisien benefits (i.e., room upgrades, free breakfast and vouchers to use for the spa etc.). Also, one can always rely on the Lartisien selection. All stays have been exceptional.

To stay at Hotel D’Angleterre in Copenhagen is the kind of experience that leaves you fully satisfied.
All the staff in the hotel makes you feel they like to help you by showing a kindly active and positive attitude to your requests.
Of course, building, room assigned and facilities are excellents.
As a summary of my experience at D’Angleterre I would like to say that the hotel is perfectly located, it is beyond the expected level and it never disappoints the guest.
I will definitely come back.

We can’t thank Robert at Lartisien enough for making our recent trip to India very special and unforgettable. My husband had booked The Imperial in Delhi as a surprise to celebrate our 30th anniversary of becoming engaged there! On arrival we were advised our room had been upgraded as well as being presented with a bouquet of red roses and a celebration cake all organised by Robert and as a complete surprise to both of us. These are the little things that make a trip like this so special. Thank you again Robert! We look forward to using Lartisien again.

I honestly don't know what they offer. I tried to plan a birthday celebration/New Year Eve's trip to Japan through them. Very rude and demanding client advisors except for Kent, although they all might be the same person. Very suspect. Plus, the prices directly through the hotels were cheaper. Again, I don't know what this company offers.

The Lartisien service is excellent, they always give the best accommodations options and are really helpful for any additional services when you are travelling. I had a very good experience with them and I highly recommen it.

Helpful in getting the best room in the best price

My wife and I just completed a two-week tour of Northern and Central Spain with the assistance of Lartisien. They were extremely helpful with our lodging and travel, providing us with wonderful accommodations at some of the finest hotels in the cities we visited. The two highlight stays occurred at the Maria Cristina in Donostia-San Sebastian and the Rosewood Villa Magna in Madrid. Both experiences were exceptional and would recommend both for anyone wanting a luxury experience in these cities. Lartisien was a great partner for us and would also recommend them for your travel assistance.
