Première expérience avec Lartisien. Processus de réservation très rapide. J’ai apprécié la réactivité de mon interlocutrice à l’occasion d’échanges par mail.
L’hôtel Adlon Kempinski Berlin était superbe et très bien situé : chambre spacieuse et confortable, service professionnel, petit déjeuner buffet excellent. L’établissement a eu une délicate attention pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. Nous reviendrons !

We booked the Fasano hotel in Rio de Janeiro through Lartisien. The booking was handled very professionally and we received an upgrade to a beachfront suite with complimentary massages. My wife was delighted and it was a top notch experience from start to finish. I can highly recommend Lartisien and the Fasano for a great experience.

Amazing trip to Paris and Versailles our GEM Anna took great care of us before and during our trip making sure all details were taken care of and plans complete from transportation and dining ! Can’t wait to book our next trip thru Lartisien

I have used Lartisien many years, since probably around 2013 when they were still called grand Luxury Hotels.. one thing they have always managed flawlessly is genuine high end personal service. The Lartisien Brothers have a niche in the business.. no concierge business in the hotel side will give this level of attention to your patronage.. like an Amex Centurion even.. than Lartisien will. From the moment I book until I leave, they will offer to take care of upgrades, special gifts, restaurant bookings, special touches.. and they nearly always deliver. I have been upgraded to Presidential suites from plain suites with these guys, very often. There is something about the regard they are held in the industry. My only worry is sometimes they don’t compete on price or in enough places in Asia - but this is probably the hotels themselves that are the issue- but they will almost always price match it anyhow.
Couldn’t recommend Lartisien more. My loyal service proves it 😃
And one special lady who takes care of my account deserves special mention. Jowin my CSM from Manila. A gem of an ambassador for me who never fails to deliver, and an asset to the company!

Booked a family-trip with our grandkids via Lartisan to Dubai and asked for connecting rooms, which the hotel ( Al Qasr ) could not grant. Our agent “Shellam “ kept on pushing untill we got it. We had great rooms and all went flawless, from the pick-up at the airport to the checkout when we left. Lartisan facilitates wonderfull vacations in handpicked resorts with great perks and wonderfull service.We are fans🤗

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Esencia, Tulum, and we owe it in part to Antonio and the Lartisien team. From the time of booking until returning home, we knew that we had a direct line to our concierge at all times, making us feel prepared and relaxed. Antonio was incredibly helpful; he was professional, polite, thorough, and friendly, and he answered every question in a timely manner. Booking through Lartisien also resulted in a generous upgrade which made us feel like royalty (thank you!). Hotel Esencia is one of the best in the world with an attention to detail that is rarely matched. The service, decor, property, amenities, food & drink, and full end-to-end experience were perfection (and I don't use that word often). A big thank you to Lartisien and Hotel Esencia for a memorable trip and a true slice of heaven.

Our recent trip to Paris was incredible, Shellam handled everything, hotel, restaurant reservations. the room upgrades was a very nice surprise, breakfast, flowers, a aniversary cake.

Not only was my stay at the Whitby Hotel (part of the Lartisien Collection) wonderful from check-in to check-out, the positive experience began as soon as my friend and I booked our rooms. Our Guest Experience Manager, Shellam reached out immediately to both of us to see if we needed anything prior to our arrival. Upon receiving the questions that we asked, Shellam promptly and expertly handled everything and followed up with us both to make sure everything was perfect upon our arrival. Although it was only a one-night stay, this will not be my last time at the Whitby and I will continue to look for other opportunities to stay at a Lartisien property, in large part due to the wonderful service of our G.E.M. Well done, Shellam!

Jowen, in particular, is outstanding

Lartisien is the most thorough travel group I have worked with to date. They create a seamless experience with proper planning and clear communication. If any problems do arise, Jowin, and the Lartisien team, are ready to handle them. They are truly a fantastic group!

Our recent trip to Val d lsere and Paris was incredible because of the hard work by GEM Shellam. She handled everything from transportation, hotels, tours, and even our restaurant reservations. It truly was a first class experience, that included things like it’s room upgrades, breakfast, flowers, a birthday cake. Because of our experience with Lartisien, we plan on booking all of our future travels with Shellam.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly exceptional level of service provided by Lartisien. Special thanks to Jowin, who made all the arrangements for us. My wife and I want to thank Shellam and her staff at Lartisien for their expertise in making sure we had reservations at the Ritz hotel in London for the spectacular New Years Eve party on 12/31/23. Our superior king room was very spacious and included daily room service for breakfast, We also had one way transfers to Heathrow upon arrival. We are now looking forward to staying at the St Regis hotel in Bora Bora al so booked through Lartisien.

Our recent stay at the Peninsula İst through Lartisien was really memorable. Lartisien & the hotel made great gestures to make my BD unforgettable. We found a lovely BD cake & champagne upon our arrival in our room. Every day we were spoiled by thoughtful gestures/gifts. Our GEM Jaynita was very attentive, kind & quick to respond all our questions & to make necessary related reservations like restaurants. The hotel staff was very kind, happy, helpful. Our room was upgraded and it was so chic/elegant and a great size. As a result we enjoyed staying at the Peninsula and very glad we made our booking thru Lartisien which was always a good idea. I have been using l Artisien for my travels for the last 7 years, and their hotel selection and services are stellar.
Jowin, my manager, is highly efficient, and always thoughtful of my preferences and taste.
I do not see my self reserving with any other party as I am 100% satisfied, and feel that the hotels I stay in have a better reception for me since I am a lartisien guest, and the perks are real!

Personally assigned personnel always ask me personally if there is anything in my schedule to help, and I am always ready to help actively.
