I have been a Lartisien member since 2018 at the connoisseur membership status level.
At all times the Lartisien highend destination model has far exceeded my expectations with their wide selections of luxurious/elite hotels and their unique method of delivering custiomized, personalized service by way of the dedicated guest experience manager(GEM).
My GEM, Jowin, has at all times met with success for my most demanding requests -hotel reservations with preferred room location ( an iconic view and often with upgrades), impoossible to get restaurant reservations(NYC) and always has readily at hand dinnig and thing=to-do suggestions that have always met my expectations,
Jowin exemplifies Lartisien"s mantra of providing an efficient , professional, unique sevice to it's membership,

Booking with Lartisien is the only way to travel. All the hotels in the group are stellar, but having a point of contact like Jowin is priceless. I have yet to have an issue on any of my travels that Jowin has not perfectly attended to. I really can’t imagine traveling any other way. Changes I’ve made or delayed flights are all expertly handled in a timely manner. I really cannot speak more highly of Jowin or Lartisien. Every trip so far has been an absolute pleasure.

Not only was the hotel itself absolutely exceptional, with unparalleled service, beauty, staff, food, facilities, my overall experience was even more exceptional from the moment I booked because of the excellent service and care I received from my L’Aritsen Guest Experience Manager (Anna). She helped me organize - and reschedule! - meals and hotel spa services. I was only staying for two nights, so timing was tight, but she made it all happen. She also thoughtfully answered questions via email during my stay, eg about tipping practices, etc. I cannot recommend Laritsen - and La Mamounia - highly enough!!

Great experience end to end, and as the GEM, Jowin truly stepped up to the mark and more in anticipating what truly matters for high-end travellers. Great selection of hotels and wonderful benefits. Please keep up the good work! 🫶

Just came back from another stay at the Mansion in Dallas Texas. LaArtisan continues to do a 1st class job of booking and arranging stays all over the world for us.

We just returned from 12 days at the Four Seasons Bora Bora booked and handled via Lartisien. What an incredible experience in every way. The service leading up to and through the trip, provided by Robert and his team at Lartisien, was impeccable (as on our previous Lartisien vacations). The hotel, bungalow and overall facilities/environment were absolutely perfect and fitting for the location creating an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime vacation (although we certainly plan to go back). The privacy and exclusive nature of the hotel, being located on its own private located, is unique and wonderful. Likewise, the hotel staff and activities (in our case, primarily snorkeling) were unbelievable and unforgettable. Thank you Robert, Lartisien and the entire staff at the Four Seasons for making the trip so enjoyable. Looking forward to our next Lartisien adventure/vacation (to another exciting location) and being back in Bora Bora as soon as possible!

This is a company I relate strongly to: the venture of two brothers who had the same experiences my sister and I had, traveling the world with our parents when we were young. Their passion and interest has translated into a well-respected brand.

Lartisien has many strengths but two stand out in particular: one is the company's management and joint venturing with high-end properties throughout the world, allowing for a near-complete integration of reservation management and customer service. Two, and particularly special, is Lartisien's personalized concierge team, whose brief is to plan all aspects of travel (including commercial and private flights, trains, dining arrangements, spa reservations, etc.) and to manage itineraries from planning through travel and any post-trip issue solving that is needed.

The demands on my time require me to delegate a great many tasks, but I have always made travel arrangements for myself and my family personally so all details are handled as we like them to be. The Lartisien team (and specifically Shellam, our assigned team member) does its job so well that, for the first time, I am comfortable delegating. For me, this involves providing instructions, receiving options, and making decisions. Shellam and her colleagues are amazing! They are keenly sensitive to our concerns and preferences, excellent communicators, and (particularly appreciated given the significant cost of staying at Lartisien properties) committed to avoid wasting their clients' money. Personable, intelligent and timely professionals who are better than any travel agency or even Amex Centurion Card support.

Customer service in travel planning and reservations is an art, and good customer service appears to be an increasingly rare and elusive thing. Lartisien is setting the new standard for both luxury properties and the related planning/reservations processes.

Our first experience was such a great success that I am already planning two trips for 2024 with Shellam, one of which will be a very special surprise for my family. I consider myself very fortunate to have the expertise and support of Lartisien.

This is our 3rd. time booking a hotel through Lartisien. We are extremely satisfied and pleased with the service. We like to take this opportunity to THANK Antonio who is the Guest Manager for a wonderful job. He has been very attentive, accommodating and understanding to our needs and changes due to some health issues. We could not stressed enough how great his service to us. Antonio is definitely a great asset to Lartisien and a big deciding factor for us to choose Lartisien from other choices. Also, Lartisien got us a very great deal (rate and other amenities). Lartisien has a great selection of hotels to choose from in most major cities.

The destinations available, service and personnel care from the Lartisien group is by far the best I've experienced. I've had the opportunity and priveldge of working with Robert Supnet for my traveling needs for awhile. He is savvy with logistics and details. I don't think he sleeps - I receive replies, reminders and solutions immediately. I appreciate and I thank you, Robert, for freeing up my time before and during my traveling.

One of the best things about the Crillon was my experience working with Shellam at Lartisien. She was infinitely patient with the several postponements I made to my Paris trip, and also worked hard on obtaining the best room for me and hard-to-get dinner reservations. My email requests were epic and she never failed to be anything but cheerfully accommodating. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful, as well. A 5-star experience all around.

We had a most wonderful trip to Portugal. We’re so thankful for the health of our. We worked with Robert supnet in the past with our travels . And again He was the absolute best in helping us with our trip. He is fast, detailed, and efficient and he really helped make this trip really special.. we went to the Vila vita parc resort in the Algarve for 4 days and we spent 3 days in Lisbon at the bairro alto hotel . They were so excellent and highly recommend.
