Recently my wife and I celebrated our 42nd anniversary at the Baccarat Hotel in New York City. I dealt with the concierge service offered by Lartisen Hotel Group who helped make this special occasion fabulous. From the 2 dozen roses and strawberry covered strawberries waiting in the room at check-in to the restaurant reservations and Spa treatments from La Mer, it was a perfect experience with no stone left unturned. They even offered complimentary car service. The staff from the front desk to dining and bar staff was attentive, respectful and very attentive to making our special weekend one to remember.

Lartisien takes the utmost care with their customers. We recently stayed at the St. Regis in New York City and it was everything I hoped it would be. Excellent service, attention to detail, and all in an iconic, beautiful, historic hotel. It is also located in the heart of the city, close to everything. I can't wait to return.
Upon booking, I was contacted by my Guest Experience Manager (GEM), and she was a gem. She answered questions I emailed her in a timely fashion and also checked in with me right before my stay. I appreciate a company with impeccable service, and they delivered.

We had a perfect experience at La Bastide de Gordes. The front desk staff is outstanding and the conciege wonderful and prompt. The hotel is beautiful and the setting spectacular. We typically stay at Relais & Chateaux and our expectations were exceeded here. We will definitely go back for another stay.

What a fantastic stay we had at the Fasano Rio earlier this month. We loved our three nights. Our room was lovely, the location was perfect, and most important, the service was extraordinary - among the best we have experienced anywhere. Everyone was so helpful, from the Lartisien Guest Experience staff before our visit, to the Fasano desk staff and concierge to housekeeping. They all made us feel very welcome and provided many helpful recommendations and plans.

A special thanks to two people: Anna from Lartisien who helped us sort out a mistake we made with reservations and helped with pre-booking restaurants. And Igor the concierge for his kindness in planning a tour to Santa Theresa and Niteroi.

This was our first trip to Rio and we enjoyed every minute of this beautiful city and our stay at the world-class Hotel Fasano.

Thanks to Shellam, the logistics for our Paris trip could not have been smoother. Her attention to detail and communication took the stress out of planning. Shellam was gracious in every interaction, even when changing plans or adding an activity at the last moment. Latisien is indeed fortunate to have this GEM!

Lartisien goes above and beyond for its customers. There is a clear value add, without additional cost. Shout out to Antonio our GEM curator for his diligence and assistance. I can't think of a reason to use any other service to book our vacations going forward.

We have just completed a 2 week vacation arranged for us by our GEM concierge, Shellam. Every hotel stay was lovely. We received an upgrade in one, were greeted with birthday chocolates and welcome gifts at each one. This vacation may have been our best!

However, the best and most important part of this review is to thank Shellam for her kindness, understanding and willingness to change one of our reservations the day before we were flying to Britain!

We definitely will use Lartisien again, when we travel.

We recently stayed four nights at Hotel Caruso in Ravello. The hotel’s magnificent setting and beauty were only surpassed by the kindness and caring by every single member of the hotel staff. Simply sensational. We were kindly assisted by GEM Shellam for several arrangements (e.g. transports and tour), and the planning, services and follow up were perfect. Thank you so much.

Exceptional and exquisite are two of many words I would use to describe my experience. Please delight in the breakfast! Lounge blissfully in the perfectly appointed room. I will always stay in the Crosby when in NYC!

The Sacher Salzburg made our stay so very memorable and happy. We were celebrating my birthday, and every member of the staff showed their class, efficiency and courtesy. Not just the housekeeping with the Sacher Torte and champagne and sweets and balloons, but also the front desk (including concierge), who were always smiling and attentive. Breakfast was very special with the lavish spread and excellent service, and here Ursula needs a very special mention for her management and efficiency.
The Hotel itself remains a testimony to the luxury and opulence one expects from the Sacher. The room standard and amenities are of a very high standard, and we just felt so comfortable, looked after and at home all the time. Our dining experiences were very satisfactory, as also time spent in the lounge. The decor and ambience of these rooms is overwhelming and aristocratic.
Two gestures by the staff impressed me tremendously:
I needed to buy some Nespresso capsules, but wasn't sure how. The front desk noted my requirements over the phone, and had them delivered to my room in no time.
On the last day, I had a large unwieldy piece of luggage wrapped in plastic, but with no handle. At my request, the front desk bound it with some cable, so it could be carried with one hand.
Salzburg is truly my favourite city, so we are sure to visit again, and will only stay at the Sacher which gave us (again) a most outstanding stay.

We are visiting Lisbon, Porto and San Sebastian next month, so if Lartisien has some special hotels and deals, we would be very interested in knowing about them.
