We recently had a short vacation in Athens, Greece which was lovely. Shellam and the Lartisien team made the visit so easy even though we had some last minute changes to our schedules & needs. No problem was too much and their professionalism & kindness was much appreciated. We are looking forward to booking our next vacation hotel with Lartisien and highly recommend them.

It's been several years since I traveled internationally. In the past I had always used Lartisien for my bookings, and I'm really glad I went back to them! Shellam, who helped with my booking, was wonderfully helpful, replying promptly and coordinating with my hotel. I was traveling with someone who had some medical needs and Shellam made sure to take care of everything well in advance so that our trip went smoothly. I will continue to use Lartisien in the future, and highly recommend their services (my date of experience is general, since we communicated over several weeks as I was deciding what to do).

It was our first time visiting Jackson Hole. Our GEM helped us plan all the activities and book spa treatments. I didn't know how much I needed a GEM until this experience with Lartisien! Our GEM was AMAZING, super helpful; she hit everything on my wish list and them some! Our GEM and her team were always quick to respond, too.
The Amangani was absolutely gorgeous, the view from our room was breathtaking. I loved how they had set up the chaise lounge sofa as a small kid's bed for our little one; they had kid-size robes and slippers too. Adorable!
Lartisien and Aman have spoiled me, lol! I wish they covered more locations.

The service provided on all dimensions is outstanding Its an end to end custermer centered team.

What an absolutely amazing experience we had at Six Senses Zighy Bay. Heaven on Earth! Everything was perfection- we were surrounded by peaceful tranquility as we absorbed all the beauty of the resort and nature’s setting. Six Senses captures it all perfectly ! Every person we encountered were so helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and enjoying our time. The food , drinks and dining venues were a feast for the senses. Works of art! We can’t thank you enough for our heaven in earth experience! A special thanks to Julius, Quassim, Shadia, Barry, Khala, Mussa, Rahees( buggy transport) and Don Phillip at the Zighy Bar for really adding extra smiles to our days; but honestly every single employee we encountered was awesome! A heartfelt thanks for a dream adventure! ( some of the name spellings may be off, since they did not wear name tags) Six Senses Zighy Bay is a million on a 1-10 scale!

I am so impressed with the level of service offered by Lartisien. They made everything so easy! From the time I booked through your web site, everything was taken care of. Abigail and Robert provided such great service.! I was immediately contacted by Abigail to talk about anything I may need or want to make our trip better. Help with reservations, visas, questions on transportation- all was handled promptly and professionally by friendly Robert and Abigail. We used Lartisien to book our pre and post cruise hotel, transfers between airport, hotel, cruise and restaurants in Singapore. All worked exactly to plan, our room in the hotel was great and the recommended restaurants were superb. All contacts with Lartisien were good and efficient. thank you. our last night in Singapore at the French restaurant st Pierre was great

Incomparable service at Alvear Palace in Buenos Aires, from the time of reservation through my stay, with terrific communication. Room was fantastic, great buffet breakfast. On an unexpectedly chilly day the concierge even lent me a coat for my shopping venture. Transportation service was also excellent.

AMAZING Service! Lartisien helped me to get additional benefits and upgrade in my reservations. Its 100% worthy it, service is incredible and everyone is very responsive.

Whenever there was any interaction with Vanesha or Anielle it was of enormous efficiency, kindness and dedication. Not forgetting other dedicated collaborators, these two collaborators are a huge proof of professionalism.
