Very diligent and responsive staff, providing a first class booking service.

We somehow booked our reservation through Lartisien by accident and ended up dealing with incompetent service. Our hotel was exceptional so this review in no way reflects or is about our amazing hotel stay.

My husband would email questions re: our stay and things we wanted reserved to our Lartisien point person only to receive a “we’re looking into it..” email and then nothing for months. We ended up having to do the leg work and followed up with the hotel directly for most (not all) things.

At one point it was clear someone else was handling our trip as subsequent emails from Lartisien included questions that had already been answered and details provided.

When our stay approached, we received an itinerary from Lartisien that was missing a couple of reservations that were previously confirmed. We contacted the hotel directly to make sure these reservations were still on the books.

Thank goodness the hotel was on top of it all and were much more responsive as they made the process much easier than Lartisien ever did.

The guest service team and the warm welcome of the hotel team, along with the facilities and amenities, make this a place to stay in NYC!

The booking went super smooth and the treatment from our Guest Experience Manager Jaynita was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Really really appreciate your assistance for making the dinner reservation at The Grill and also arranging the surprise birthday cake for my boyfriend. I’m really grateful for the room upgrade which we did not expect. We met a lot of friendly staff. Pablo from front desk, Gret from Horizon & Amma from The Grill. They provided such excellent service and hospitality during our stay and made the experience wonderful. Please reach out to the crew on the ground and let them know they're very much appreciated from the both of us, and it made us want to come back and experience it again.

Another wonderful stay at the Carlyle. The staff, meals, drinks, and the overall experience were top-notch, as is the standard. The suite was jaw-dropping, and I cannot thank the staff enough for such a luxurious stay.

Wonderful stay at Le Meurice in Paris, arranged and facilitated by L'Artisien. Everyone at both Le Meurice and L'Artisien exemplifed the highest level of professionalism and service. Looking forward to future interactions with both L'Artisien and Le Meurice.

Lartisien performed an excellent service fo my niece and I at the Baccarat Hotel in NYC. The hotel staff was simply amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the food is worth staying in for! Thank you to Lartisien for your fine service in setting up a beautiful trip for us!

I have dealt with Lartisien for many years now, from their infancy when they were still Grand Luxury hotels .
A name change has not changed the way this group do business....they are the pinnacle of travel advisors and having a GEM that assists with activity, restaurant and other bookings as one requires makes the difference between a fantastic holiday and an incredible one. Their service, is simply put, unsurpassed in the travel industry and the additional benefits of being one of their clients , from an F&B allowance to upgrades and early check in and late check outs, bookings for activities etc makes the experience that much sweeter-what a group, one I plan to continue to trust to attend to my bookings for many years to come

Comfortable and beautiful room but noisy hotel. Housekeeping loves slamming doors in the morning.

Hands down my most memorable and favorite hotel in the world. St. Regis set the bar high in Florence, Italy, truly showing us what luxury looks and feels like. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, and especially Antonio and his team. I have traveled all over the world and have yet to experience the service and care they demonstrated. When we arrived in Venice we changed our previously arranged hotel to stay again with St. Regis. I will continue to stay with them whenever possible. Thank you for making our 20th anniversary the best it could have been.

Received upgrade to the most luxurious room in the world, huge, with wraparound patio and outdoor seating area with panoramic view of Positano. Staff are top-flight luxury resort professionals, helped instantly with anything. Food is superb, and the weather was perfect. One of our best hotel stays ever, a trip back to last century decadence, echoes of Cary Grant and Fellini (yes, there is a room 8 1/2).

Our experience was amazing, and our GEM was very helpful and very responsive during the entire stay. This was the dream southern France vacation we had been longing for. Our hotel stay, accommodations and all plans were perfect.

The reservation with Jorina is always perfect! Nothing to add 🤩. She takes care of us like nobody else. The holidays with Lartisien are always a dream that we will remember.

The experince was exceptional and the star of that experince is Mrs. Wendy with her patient and attentive listening to my requests and I do fully appreciate her assistant , she made the trip smooth and quite enjoyable . Thank you very much Lartisien .
