Excellent experience traveling with L’Artisien and especially to be shadowed by Wendy during your stay.
Can’t thank her enough for taking care of the fine details during my whole stay in Florence and Rome making it the most comfortable even during the peak season at hotels .
Also all restaurants recommendation were really best choice whether from food , view or experience
Last I have to admit that despite being picky in all my demands and requests she was there to do it right on time and as needed

Jowin from Lartisien made our recent stay in Monaco perfect. The Maybourne Riviera is an incredible place with incredible views and incredible service. I would highly recommend this place. Jowin worked hard to set up tennis and other great things which made our stay even better. I am a Lartisien fan and I feel good knowing they have only the finest properties available.

There are not enough words to express the amazing experience I’ve had with Jovanie and the rest of The Lartisien team. The service is excellent and the attention to detail exceptional. What I love the most is the personal touch each member of the team provides, from recommendations for restaurants to the personal note given to me at check-in. I will definitely be a loyal customer moving forward and I hereby dub myself as an (unofficial) ambassador for The Lartisien.

Booking with Lartisien and planning holidays with Lartisien is always a pleasure. The concierge service is just amazing and outstanding. We've booked several hotels this summer with Lartisien and everything worked perfect. Our Guest Experience Manager Warren helped us with getting additional restaurant bookings, hotel transfers etc. and just made our stay perfect.

Ich habe Lartisien durch Zufall entdeckt, aber ich bin so froh, dass das passiert ist! Ich wurde mit "weißer Weste" bedient, jeder Aspekt meines Aufenthalts wurde perfekt organisiert. Nachdem ich im Beau-Rivage Palace reserviert hatte (was fantastisch war!), erhielt ich einen Anruf von meinem persönlichen Concierge, um meine Bedürfnisse für meinen Aufenthalt zu besprechen. Meine Concierge, Anielle, kümmerte sich um die Änderungen, die ich an meinen Reservierungsdaten vornehmen musste, und sicherte mir auch ein fantastisches Zimmer. Ich kann Lartisien nur empfehlen.

Posto incantevole ove potersi rilassare nella fantastica SPA. Camere spaziose e confortevoli con vista panoramica sul lago di Zurigo. Cibo eccellente e personale dell'hotel cortese e disponibile.

Anielle, our GEM, for our stay in Bvulgari Resort Dubai, helped a lot in making our stay perfect since she asked about any special requests and if we are celebrating something. This gesture made me feel valued. I believe this is a strength of Lartisien, that must be continued to nourish.

Lartisan was extremely helpful with our hotel reservations and was available for restaurant reservations as well, they had our room upgraded and add-on services which made our travel more pleasant. Their follow up was excellent and checked in to ensure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend them.

We have just completed a stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel, fully booked through Lartisien. We had an unexpected double upgrade and the most wonderful stay. Thank you to the Lartisien team for arranging transfers as well as our hotel. Delighted to be traveling with you again!

De service is heel goed en snel. Daarnaast zijn ze vriendelijk. Ik heb Christine als booking agent en ben zeer tevreden.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! It is the epitome of excellence…prompt & courteous service in every regard…amazing food & beverage service, very helpful concierge (restaurant recs, transfers, tickets, covid test scheduling), & spacious beautiful rooms…not to mention the roof top restaurant with excellent views of the Acropolis! If I return to Athens I will most definitely stay here again!

Sofort nach Buchung wurden wir vom Gäste-Service angerufen und nach persönlichen Wünschen gefragt. Wir hatten Unterstützung bei Restaurant-Reservierungen und bezüglich der Nutzung eines Mobility Scooters im Hotel. Profitiert haben wir außerdem von einem Upgrade.
