We had the most amazing stay at Il San Pietro thanks to the excellent management by Wendy [ Gem Manager]
who arranged an extraordinary upgrade to a Signature Suite.
We could not have imagined how special our stay would be.
The hotel service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.

Our trip in Europe
We spent a month traveling from the Netherlands to Germany, Switzerland and France.
Without the assistance of Lartisien, this would not have been the success it turned out to be.
Confirmations, reservations, special requests, etc. were handled promptly.
It's nice to know that when you arrive at a hotel that you receive the service you expect.
Lartisien made sure this was the case.
We are already planning our next trip to Italy!

Fantastic
This was our first time booking through Lartisien and it won't be our last. We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco, and it made making arrangements extremely easy. We got complimentary late check-out and credit for dinner and breakfast through using Lartisien's service. Wendy was our GEM and was always incredibly quick to respond and was very helpful with all our requests and questions. Would definitely recommend.

First Trip to Paris, great hotel with excellent customer service!
I recently took my first trip to Paris and we chose Le Bristol Paris and I couldn't have been happier. As my Uber drove up to the hotel, I was greeted by the doormen and escorted into the hotel front lobby. A member of the staff was awaiting for me to check in, he was already given my name and the check-in process was seamless. The same person took me on a brief tour of the hotel and walked me all the way to my room. I appreciated the extra step to make me feel welcomed to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious for Paris, from what I hear about the room sizes. I had a nice view of the garden from my room. I had heard there was a cat that lives in the hotel, his name is Socrates, and I had been trying to locate him during my stay at the hotel. On my last day as I was checking out, there he was in the lobby curled up in a ball on a chair. I got to pet him and learn more about the history of why he lives in the hotel. I had a great stay and experience at the hotel, I will definitely be back!

Indescribably beautiful property…
Indescribably beautiful property perched on a hilltop in the heart of Tuscany. Our room was more than spacious and beautifully appointed with even a leather encased mini-refrigerator. The on-site cooking classes were entertaining (and delicious). Dinners at the restaurant were wonderful. Staff was everywhere and extremely friendly. We will be back!

It was the first time that my family and I made use of Lartisien's services. We were recommended Lartisien through a couple of friends who travel a lot and who had good experiences with Lartisien. Our expectations were certainly met and it was a great pleasure to book hotels and restaurants through Lartisien.
