The theme for our adventure was the European Christmas Markets. Rosewood Munich was our first stop. Another exceptional experience curated by Shellam, Donna, and the Lartisien team. Judy and I had a wonderful stay. Our Lartisien organized tours were outstanding. Our tour guides were experts in their content and very professional. Every aspect and detail of the trip was designed, tailored, confirmed, and executed with professional precision. Lartisien you made our odyssey of the Christmas Markets effortless and seamless.

I strongly advise against booking your travel arrangements through this agency. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to their consistent failure to deliver on the promises made during the booking process. They significantly overcharged me, with costs that were multiple times higher than what was initially quoted or expected. The charges were not only inflated but also inconsistent, leading to a lot of confusion and frustration.

Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns, making it difficult to resolve the issues. Overall, I found their service to be unreliable and untrustworthy. If you're looking for a seamless and transparent travel planning experience, I recommend exploring other reputable agencies that prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction.

Save yourself the trouble and potential financial loss by avoiding this agency altogether.
