Taking out the insurance was hassle free
I had to make a claim in August on the 10th of August the tablet was collected to see if it could be fixed absolutely no correspondence since then as to what was happening with the claim
I rang this week then to be told it couldn't be fixed and to wait 3 to 5 days more for the insurance money to go through which brings it up to 2 months with no tablet
I payed my monthly fee even tough we had no tablet
More correspondence would make the whole process less stressful for all parties

I can see that your last policy was covering the Apple iPhone 12 128GB and your new policy is covering the Samsung Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB. Due to the change is device and the increase in the GB it has affected the premiums.

I think 7€ is too expensive for me as I have a lot of things every month it adds up. By the time she finishes school life is hard enough reasonably 5€ a month I suggest . It also a good idea to get insurance I understand nobody wants to destroy IPads . Thank you

the length of time it took to renew…
the length of time it took to renew over the phone was ridiculous. Basically every line of the renewal letter and all policy details had to be read out to me and confirmed the It took at least 30-40 minutes and totally unnecessary - i rang to renew and knew what i was renewing. time and motion study needed
