Apart from the Good Cuban Cigars
Apart from the Good Cuban Cigars , You still lack delivery management, as it is taking way too long delivering To Sydney Australia as all logistics are delivering on time post Covid19. Goods are delivered from Europe within (10) ten days , your delivery is taking six and half weeks . Therefore you need to organise a better delivery system to keep customers content.

In response to your complaint, I noticed that your order was recently cleared by your local customs and is about to be delivered on (07/07/2024).
I would appreciate it if you would contact your postal office (Swiss Post) to confirm this information. You can also keep in touch with us by email (info@finestcigars.com).
Likewise, you should know that the estimated delivery time is 15 - 45 days, from the day the order was shipped (05/24/2024). Therefore, this order is still under the estimated delivery time.

Any parcel shipped to Switzerland should be below 900 CHF to avoid any customs clearance delays & potentially additional tax duties it.

Not Worth the Hassle
It takes FOR EVER to get shipments. Not only are they delayed but also confiscated. While I have not lost any money, the frustration of ordering cigars from Finest Cigars has made me stop doing so after my last ordering experience
