I've purchased here for years

I've purchased here for years. I have always received what I ordered on time and in perfect condition. If other reviewers are being negative they likely aren't experienced on how the process works, If you're a novice perhaps stick to Dominican brands at your local liquor store, you won't know the difference.

Great customer service orders

I have placed several orders and all were wonderfully handled. Unfortunately my last cigar order was confiscated and not delivered. FCC informed me and worked out a replacement package since my order was no longer available. Great customer service.

Do NOT buy cigars from these people. They are fakes shipped from China first. I bought 4 cigars and they burned like a piece of garbage canoe. Tasted horrible.

You ordered 4 Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoyo de San Juan sticks in the third week of September, which the tracking indicates was delivered on October 4th. Please note that we do not dispatch orders from China; our operations are in Hong Kong, and shipments to the US originate from our bonded warehouse in Switzerland, as shown in the online tracking information.

You mentioned an issue with the cigar burning unevenly and included a picture illustrating one side burning more than the other. This phenomenon does not necessarily indicate a counterfeit cigar. To mitigate uneven burning, it is advisable to light the cigar evenly, and at times, you may need to focus on one side more than the other to achieve a balanced burn as you smoke. Additionally, allowing the cigars to rest for a minimum of ten days before smoking is recommended. Changes in travel conditions can impact the initial quality of cigars, despite meticulous packing, potentially leading to burn irregularities—a condition known as "sick cigar syndrome."

Considering the 8-day gap between your receipt of the cigars and our receipt of your email, assuming the message was sent promptly after smoking the cigar, we suggest you store your cigars in a suitable humidor for a few more days before trying another one. Remember to light the cigar carefully and uniformly.

After four weeks I still do not have my…

After four weeks I still do not have my cigars. The Company tells me to contact the carrier after I spent $690, having spent a total of $2,350 over the last few years. The least they can do is attempt to locate the package which they refuse to do. I will not be doing business here again. Very poor customer service.

After looking over our records, we can confirm that you placed an order with us on June 20, 2023. Following the dispatch of your parcel, it progressed through the postal system until July 13th. Unfortunately, after that date, no further information was available regarding its whereabouts which is very rare.

We understand that on July 19th, you emailed us, expressing your concerns about the undelivered package. We promptly replied on the same day, suggesting that we wait an additional week before processing a refund. While parcels are typically delivered within 14 days, unforeseen delays beyond our control have occasionally occurred.

Just so you know, as an international company, we have limited influence over the communication and tracking of packages once they enter the USPS system. However, we do have a delivery guarantee in place. Because of the circumstances and the undelivered status of your package, we took action to refund your credit card in full on July 24th. We appreciate you acknowledging the refund and your email expressing gratitude, which we received on July 25th.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay and the subsequent loss of your package. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and have yet to have a less than perfect experience. I’ve recommended this great source to many people over the last decade plus, and haven’t had any less than great reviews. A terrific source for the best (IMHO) cigars available anywhere, period

I ordered on December 1st

I ordered on December 1st and requested a signatute confirmation. I followed the tracking each day. Tracking showed the item was delivered to an individual yesterday. The item was due yesterday and was never received by me. I requested a signature confirmation with my order.. I contacted the company today to try and resolve. No response. However, my neighbor confirmed the delivered was next door. This is why a signature confirmation is important. UPDATE: I had already emailed corporate to inquire about the signature delivery being missed and was told to "follow up with my postal service". I could have lost a couple hundred dollars! Thank goodness my neighbor was honest. What was the reason for paying the "expedited service fee" if I can't get a signature confirmation, nor help to potentially track a package?

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Usually, if your package requires a signature confirmation and no one is available to sign for the box, the mailman would take the package back and redeliver it at a later date. A note is typically left to this effect.

In your case, the mailman delivered the parcel to the wrong address without requiring a signature, even though your package indicated 'signature required.' We have reported this incident to the USPS to avoid such errors in the future.

Similar incidences have occurred in the past, albeit rare, and we have replaced the order, free of charge.

La Gloria Cubana #4

The Real Deal!

I've had the experience of visiting Cuba in 2016 and blessed to have smoked the best cigars in the world. Finest cuban cigars is the real deal. I would not trust any other company.

Partagas Serie D No. 4 - Best experience so far!

Best experience since my first purchase back in 2019. Ordered Partagas Serie D No.4 in early May and they arrived within two weeks. They have early 2021 production dates so I think a little time in the humi will do them good but there is no doubt these are the real deal. This is the third batch of Serie D No. 4 I have purchased from FCC and they all have been perfect. The cedar boxes arrived opened and without barcode, just as I designated. (I see reviews by people in the USA complaining about no barcode or boxes opened before arrival - Use your noodle is all I can tell those people.) Can't wait for No 6 Tubos to be available again FCC! :)

Consistently good service

Never had any problems with FCC they are always prompt in answering inquiries. The one time a shipment arrived in a damaged condition they were most helpful and replaced the damaged cigars at no extra cost to myself.
