Dear Memo,

We have tried to retrieve your order(s) under your name (Memo Gracia) but could not find anything in our system. Please provide us with your order number, the name used, or email used to place the order so that we could look into this matter.

If you have placed an order with us, then you should have noticed that we provide three options for packaging:

Open Box - for Quality Inspection
Sealed Box
Cigars with bands but no box

Open Box for Quality Inspection- is recommended and set as the default option. We open the boxes to check the condition of the cigars. Most of our customers select this option to minimize the chances of receiving damaged wrappers.

Sealed Box- means we leave all original seals intact.

All our boxes come factory sealed with microcodes and barcodes with which you could verify the authenticity as prescribed on Habanos.com. The coat of arms and holograms on warranty seals and bands could also be seen under a UV light.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our cigars, even after having smoked one, we’ll provide you with instructions to return the product for a full refund, exchange or credit.

Dear Howard,

We’re sincerely sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience regarding delivery time frames. We have shipped many orders to the Philippines in the past without any issues or delays.

We received two orders from you on March 16 and 24/20 - when the cases of COVID-19 in southeast Asia were prevalent and still are - resulting in many canceled flights, which affected delivery significantly.

We exchanged emails in an attempt to come up with options that would satisfy you. On April 21, your email stated that you would communicate with the Philippines post to have the package returned to us upon which we would issue a full refund. We never heard from you since.

Regarding reviews, our software provider recently updated its system, and the settings were such that reviews with photos were posted first, and written reviews came after. We appreciate you pointing that out as we have reset the settings so that all reviews, positive and negative, (with or without photos) are posted in reverse chronological order- www.finestcubancigars.com/reviews.

Hi Walter,

Typically, delivery takes 10-15 days to the USA; however, due to COVID delivery time frames have been severely affected, sometimes taking up to 40 days.

It’s always best to let the cigars rest in a proper humidor about a week before smoking. Travel conditions often alter the initial quality of cigars, even though they are sealed with great care and in our custom made humidity pouches. Changes in temp and humidity will disrupt the cigar’s equilibrium, affecting its taste and burn. It is called “sick cigar syndrome.”

We suggest you try another cigar in about a week after it has had a chance to restore its optimum balance of temp and humidity, and if you are still not satisfied, please advise us by email. We’ll provide you with a full refund or credit per our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
