I didn't receive my order till now…

I didn't receive my order till now despite of many follow up and currently there is no update in the tracker as it is disconnected.

We understand that maybe you don´t feel comfortable with the color of the product received, but there are some reasons for it.

The different leaves of the plant from which our products are made (crown, center, base) have different levels of oils, nicotine, and sun exposure.

The upper leaves are typically darker and stronger, while the lower leaves are lighter and softer.

Also, during fermentation, the leaves gradually darken and develop flavor. If the fermentation is more intense or longer, the final color will be darker.

It's worth mentioning that air-drying the leaves in houses can influence the color. Variations in temperature, humidity, and the duration of the process affect the shade.

Finally, humidity or direct sunlight can alter the color, so it's completely natural for there to be discrepancies in the color of the leaves used to create our product.

However, if there is a specific situation related to this concern, we would appreciate it if you would contact us so we can evaluate compensation, if necessary.

Speed of processing & shipping my order.
Just to let you know the duty was $640.00, it's becoming more difficult to place another order, a thumbs down to OZ customs, apparently these cigars weigh more than my previous order.
