Ok but should improve..,
Despite the fact that the agency is service oriented, there are ambiguities in the info given. For example I was told that the eticket was sufficient to embark the GR-IT route. Nope, I was sent away to get a regular paper ticket. For the ships themselves, I think the Grimaldi ships are a disgrace while ANEK ships are in better shape. Anyway, it all depends on the passengers as well, unfortunately there are scenes on the ships that resemble poor countries. There are no rules, some crew are rude, some do their best and in general the hygiene could improve. Oh, the ships are always late, with many delays, very important to know.

We would like to clarify that you had booked tickets with Minoan lines (Grimaldi) to be sent by courier while the specific company recently changed their policy, and currently, they are not providing the option to travel agencies to print out paper tickets – boarding cards.
Instead, they suggest that the customers go to their port kiosk with their E-tickets in order to receive locally their boarding card – paper tickets as they need to pass by the port kiosk anyway in order to check their travel documents, which is very important for International trips like the ones that you had booked.
This is also the reason why we refunded you the amount that you had paid for the courier service.
We kindly explained to you that there is no reason to send you an E-ticket by courier since we could send it to you (as we did) by email.
Kindly note that this is a new regulation for the specific ferry company (announced in June).
Concerning your comments about Minoan lines (Grimaldi) and Anek Superfast kindly note that we have forwarded them your review in order for them to improve their services.

Se canceló el ferry de Andros a Paros, el
aviso llegó por SMS la misma mañana. Habia comprado 3 billetes para fastferry en bussiness lounge. En la oficina del
Puerto nos los cambiaron para el
Siguiente ferry a Paros, sin distincion de lo que habiamos pagado en el otro ferry. Bastante decepcionada por este motivo y porque el ferry no fue dirwcto, sino que tuvimos que bajar en Mykonos, y esperar como media hora a pleno sol a que llegara otro ferry para ir a Paros. Bastante mal.

Nos gustaría informarle de que después de recibir su comentario, nos pusimos en contacto con la compañía de ferry Fast ferries, para averiguar por qué ocurrió esto y por qué no fuimos informados de ello, para poder haberle ofrecido una solución alternativa a tiempo.
Fast ferries nos explicó que la razón fue que el buque tuvo un problema mecánico el 15 de agosto y no pudo completar su itinerario, por lo que regresó a Rafina, Atenas.
Como se trataba de un problema de fuerza mayor que no se podía prever con antelación, lo mejor que podían hacer en ese momento era enviarle una notificación por SMS y cubrir los gastos para que pudiera llegar a su destino de la mejor manera posible, que fue también lo que hicieron, ya que en esa fecha concreta no había ninguna otra conexión directa entre Mykonos y Paros.
Según los términos y condiciones que usted aceptó antes de proceder a esta reserva, en caso de itinerario cancelado, la compañía de ferry sólo está obligada a reembolsar la tarifa del billete que en su caso no es reembolsable ya que se utilizó para sus billetes de sustitución para llegar a su destino.
También le informamos que la misma reseña que usted dejó en nuestra página web fue trasladada a la página de Fast Ferries (https://www.ferriesingreece.com/ferry-companies/fast-ferries/) ya que no nos hacemos responsables de sus problemas mecánicos.

Terrible service, a monopoly
Here briefly our experience:
- 30 min delay announced the day of the trip via a sms (not even three hours before)
- additional 30 min delay announced at the port
- additional 20 min delay before actual departure with a total delay of 1.20h from the purchased ticket
- the ferry arrived to our destination with additional delay...
Our experience was worsened by the fact that we paid an higher price compared to another ferry (with scheduled departure time one hour later) and we did not received any reimbursement/discount...

We contacted the ferry company Seajets that you travelled with in order to find out why this delay occurred and why we were not informed about it so that we could have informed you accordingly, and they informed us that these delays were due to heavy traffic on all the ports, and therefore you were informed by the ferry company directly by SMS as it was something that they could not have known before the trip date in order to notify us on time.
Moreover, they accepted to offer a 25% refund of the ticket rate as compensation for your inconvenience, as is also in accordance with the legislation for trip delays and the passengers’ rights.
We have therefore refunded you 39.35 euro and the amount shall show on your account in a few working days depending on your bank.

The best way to travel around Greek…
The best way to travel around Greek islands.
The webpage is easy to use and well-arranged. We did island hopping of four islands and check-in through our phone was simple and quick. The webpage offers plenty of different travel options throughout a day and to different prices. I would recommend this webpage to everyone who wishes to go by ferry around many Greek islands. Moreover, we had to reschedule one of our ferry trips from Naxos to Piraeus and instead go from Naxos to Santorini. We wrote the company and within 2-3 days we were refunded the full amount from the travel we needed to rebook.
Very professional and great experience.

Made an online reservation which had a problem in the end. Since it was Sunday I sent an email. I got my answer at 7:00 in the morning and the problem was solved within 10'. Excellent response, I would use this company again!

Business class lounge is the way to go
Business class lounge is the way to go! Very comfortable, didn't even feel like I was on the ferry. I had to change my online reservation a couple of times and they were very responsive and helpful.

Mauvaise organisation
Les billet numériques ne pas fonctionner sur le mon portable , obliger de le faire en caisse en payant pour retirer les billets à chaque port .Aucune information numérique aux ports , écrans ou panneaux sur les departs et arrivées des féries et pas de toilettes . Aucune information sur les arrêts et départ des bus.Par contre les ferries sont propres et confortables .

Concernant le fait que les écrans numériques et les toilettes n'étaient pas disponibles sur le port d'Ios ainsi que concernant l'absence d'horaires de bus, ce ne sont des faits qui ne concernent pas nos services car nous sommes une agence en ligne. Cependant, nous tenons à vous informer que nous transmettrons cette plainte à la municipalité d'Ios pour vérifier si cela peut être amélioré.
