Very pleasant and quick passage from to Rhodes to Kos.

Ottima esperienza con l'agenzia ferriesingreece per la facilità di acquisto dei biglietti on line e soprattutto del check in on line, in modo da non dover passare necessariamente dall'agenzia e far stampare i biglietti,oltre alla continua comunicazione via mail riguardante aggiornamenti e quanto di utile.
Per quanto riguarda invece la compagnia blue star ferries... Do 3 stelle... nulla da dire sull'organizzazione, la navigazione, la puntualità. La mia unica lamentela è che credo sia un po esagerato il costo del biglietto per un passaggio ponte soprattutto, quando nella tratta di andata da Atene a paros l'addetto, appena saliti ci ha dirottati come una mandria di pecore, insieme a tutti quelli che avevano un biglietto economy... Sul ponte esterno. Abbiamo fatto 4 ore di navigazione su una sedia di plastica... (con un bambino di 4 anni tra l'altro) Al ritorno è andata un po meglio perché ormai esperienti siamo andati a cercare una sedia un po più comoda in uno dei bar interni.
La nave comunque era pulita e i bagni venivano puliti continuamente.

Fabulous service from both staff in port and on ship, before, during and after our journeys. Flexibility in changing bookings was much appreciated when flight timings changed. Will not hesitate to use again now we know how easy it is! Thank you for making our holiday travels so enjoyable.

I have booked 4 different boats on different days and had no problem at all. I did print the booking proofs because the crew there doesn't work digitally yet. I gave my paper booking proofs to the kiosk and got the tickets for the boats. Persons with only the booking proof on there mobile phone had to go to the kiosk.

Perhaps my experience was better than just average, but in order to be listened to, one has to raise his voice: the technicalities of booking etc. were just fine; what was not so great was the lack of online information on *actual* arrival and departure times. These days it should not be difficult to communicate real time positions and foreseeable arrival and departure times online instead of having passengers standing in line for hours and being frustrated because of delays. Weather can be unpredictable, but information is man-made and human responsibility.

The booking service is very clear and efficient.

In 2020, due to Covid all my ferry bookings were cancelled and I received a voucher to be used by December 2022. When in early 2022, having decided to rebook our holiday, I was able to use the voucher to pay for multiple new ferry bookings with very little effort on my part. I even received a 7 euro refund for the unused part of the voucher which was totally unexpected. Thank you for such efficient and easy service.
