The Support is very responsive. You have a problem, you ask the support team, and they respond in a few minutes. It is a real time saver when you are learning a new platform.

Engagebay is far more robust than I initially thought and the UI/UX is great. We've been able to automate so many processes. Engagebay chat support help is also fantastic, the wait times are almost zero most days and the support agents are kind, friendly, and super helpful. I've used a few different CRMs and this is by far my favorite.

EngageBay is a great marketing automation and CRM platform for small businesses. We switched from Hubspot because we were getting killed with high contact subscription costs because we had a large customer and prospect database but were still a small business so it really limited us. Been using it for 2 months now. With EngageBay we have super high marketing contact limits without added costs.

All the marketing pieces we need were included, email, social, landing pages, automations, workflows, sequences, lists etc. Templates and drag and drop interface is very easy to use.

The assistance you receive in Engagebay is amazing. Their help in learning and implementing a great CRM is always timely and you can reach them immediately!

I moved from ActiveCampaign to EngageBay and have been using it for a week now. Before I was at Infiusionsoft. Great value for money with awesome features, plus I had 3 onboarding calls to get set up smoothly. Their 24/7 support team is knowledgeable and super helpful.

The only slight inconvenience was having to validate all my contacts for better deliverability (cost me $30), but in the long run it’s worth it. Overall, a solid platform. highly recommended!
