It greatly pains me to submit this review, as EngageBay should have a lot going for it. However its email deliverability is riddled with problems - seemingly through EngageBay's choice of email/IP providers - and EngageBay just does not seem to take that problem seriously. It's now been 4+ months since I first flagged issues with bulk hard bounces of emails to Microsoft email addresses (Outlook, Live, Hotmail and MSN) always due to "IP provider reputation issues" that have zero to do with my business's website - it is entirely caused by EngageBay's choice of email/IP provider. Support on fixing this has been band-aid at best, reversing the resulting block-send listings on a piecemeal basis only with no permanent solution in sight. Not only has that problem continued, but it's now growing, with many other types of email addresses now routinely hard-bouncing email campaigns sent through EngageBay. It's not only a problem for email marketing purposes, but a critical issue for any email automations built in EngageBay to be triggered upon a customer's e-commerce purchase. This lack of reliability has rendered those automations all but useless.
I cannot adequately state how frustrating and disappointing I have found EngageBay's apparent lack of urgency in finding a permanent fix for this. The amount of time required to manually trawl through hard bounces on every single email communication is ridiculous.
I can no longer in good conscience recommend the platform to businesses that are yet to invest in it.

I needed to cancel my subscription, which you can only do through chat or email, and Charles was very helpful. I will use Engagebay again when I need their services.

Very easy to use CRM tool with heavy functions. Can recommend it to everyone who is looking for a powerful CRM tool that can more than just CRM.

It is a very good system and for a good price. Service is always available, pretty much anytime I reach out. They deliver good and fast customer service. I would give 5 stars, but I occasionally have issues with hard bounces. It is overall a good program though.

I thought its a good product but actually they steal money from you, they pretend to have good support, they call you, but when they get your money, its done, no support, product isn't working properly, they refuse to help with the issue, and refuse to refund, i didnt use single thing from the services, paid 100$, and received nothing

I love using engagebay for my email marketing, CRM, and forms! It's very user friendly and we often recommend this product to any clients that currently dont have email marketing or a CRM system they currently use.

Engagebay has a ton of features. Probably a bunch i'll never use. But I can tell you that the support team has been able to quickly help me anytime I want to use or try something new with the system! They've been quick to answer. Emails have gone out well, and I can do some crazy automations! Really loving it!
