After using EngageBay for a few months, I can see its potential. Although I haven't fully explored all its features or configured it to my exact needs, it's clear that the platform offers excellent value for its price. I look forward to evaluating it further, especially as it relates to support.

Just tested this platform, until now everything is perfect, user friendly, quick support and also the prices are good in related with other similar platforms.

We've just started using Engage Bay - moved from Hubspot. We wanted something simpler for our sales team to use. So far it's been great. A little different and a learning curve, but a good help desk. I would recommend if you'd like a powerful tool for both sales and marketing.

Just started using Engagebay and was still getting the hang of a few features. Have to say their support is amazing. Near instant response and they actually went in to my account to check the issue. The whole thing was resolved in less than 5 minutes. I'm still getting used to the platform, but I can say their support is really amazing!

EngageBay is a great tool for companies needing to organize their teams and have all of their information accessible to everyone in one place.

Everyone using Engagebay, please check your transactions! They've charged our card for $1.3K without any notice for an account that we don't use and was supposed to be cancelled. No email whatsoever for this charge. Few days later found it, reached out to support for refund thinking that its an easy case of wrong payment, they denied the refund, and started negotiating a partial refund because we reached out more than 72 hours after the transaction happened! How are we supposed to know about this transaction when they don't send any emails on it?

I switched to EngageBay from HubSpot a few months ago and couldn't be happier with the decision.

As a small business committed to doing things well, HubSpot's upper-tier pricing was simply out of reach. EngageBay delivers nearly all the same features at a price point that actually makes sense for a business our size.

What really stands out is their customer service. The support team is consistently responsive and available when I need help. They've even followed up with phone calls to make sure all my questions were fully answered.

I'm more than satisfied with my choice to use EngageBay.

I'm only a week into using EngageBay. I've used other CRMs, some with much fewer features and one totally integrated software package with virtually unlimited features and totally customizable. By far, the support with EngageBay is stellar. Even the AI chat bot is smart but if it can't answer the question, click on Agent and you get a live chat with a professional who knows everything about the system and the best part is they create instant videos from inside your account that show you exactly how to solve your problem or how to create a solution. Five stars for sure.

The agents are always ready to help with I need. Though I am writing this review about the agents' willingness to help, the platform is definitely only partially user-friendly. I can attest to that.

But, despite these issues, the team has always been there right away to help, especially Mark and Charles.

I've been a user of EngageBay for a few years now.

The first time ever I needed to contact support and they were on my request in a flash.

They were very honest about the current situation, gave me a quick workaround and told me that their tech team were looking into the issue.
