We have been using Engagebay for about five years now. Not only does it seamlessly integrate with our website but they are always on hand for someone like me who has very little knowledge of code and how these things work! I am very happy with their products and service.

The Worst Data Security Ever, Stay away!

System wise, nice software.

Be aware, if you get in, to get very aggressive requests to give them 5 star reviews, totally annoying. Once you give one, they will request you all the time for other platforms too. They scan all you say and want more. This is why it has so many positive reviews everywhere.

Data Security, the worst. There are no backups of anything.... they upgraded to a new server, and I lost all my CRM data, only the names were still there with contact details, but none of all historical events, mails, notes, anything. The first story was, it was due to space issues on their server. But they have never informed about it, it was just me searching some notes and contact activities and nothing was there. Also no way of getting back my data. You are just F***ed

Engagebay is a feature rich mailing tool, but that it is. Support really does not care, they are completely loose from the backend team and backend does not respond to anything at all. You can talk for hours to support, they promise to come back to things, but they dont.

Updates to the system are almost none, I have been using it for years now. Only paid services are added.

Please stay away if your data is important, I have really never met this level of backup and data security amateurs.

Oh and, if you ever want out, there is no way of really getting your data out of the system... so beware...

I’ve been using EngageBay as my CRM for a while now and overall it’s been great. Recently I had an issue with some functionality not working and used their live support. Charles responded very promptly, passed it on to the right team, and kept me updated until it was resolved. The process felt simple and easy. Over the years we’ve also suggested new features and the team has always welcomed feedback, even implementing some of our ideas, which has been brilliant.

With 30 years of experience in the CRM industry. EngageBay is user friendly. It has everything and more a sales team desires to win in business! The relational database is amazing and crucial for a CRM product. However, what makes this the most effective CRM product I have utilized, is Charles and his teams instant support! I have been in the software world for over 30 years and implemented many global CRM tools in my time. This platform is sublime. I discounted Hubspot (I am an expert in it), Monday CRM and everyone else to move to EngageBay!

A big reason is the quality of their support team - outstanding. I wish I had their support team in my companies.

I'm pretty much impressed with EngageBay CRM. It's a great solution for my business needs. What I like the most are easy to use interface, all-in-one tools, cost-effective, and excellent customer support. Even more third-party software integration would be welcome. Other than that, no other issues with the product.

This perspective is from a developer trying to integrate Engagebay forms into our website. I found it surprising that their only option is to drop a `div` and a JavaScript snippet onto the page, which transforms the div into an iframe. This makes it difficult to get the form to work well with our website's styling. I'm currently trying to hack the form into a presentation that sort of matches, but the WYSIWYG editor is fighting me all the way. There are a lot of options but not all of the ones I need. I would love to just have an option to write my own form markup and paste a submission URL from EngageBay.

I really like this tool. Much better by a long shot than the crappy proprietary system that my company offers and If I leave the company they keep all my client data and notes. Engagebay allows me to keep all of MY client data out of the hands of corporate and provides unsurpassed automation tools to help me do my job!

Not a fan. They say it's free, it's not. Then they give you a plan. Then only one thing is in the plan, and other is not in the plan. Then you cancel, and you think you cancelled. After you are billed, you then get charged. Then you are told to cancel you have to email them email them for what? Permission to cancel? Not for me.

Awesome Costumer Support!

We are moving to Engagebay from several other platforms. So we need a lot of support - we really appreciate how fast and helpful the chats are. And bots move us to a real agent very fast. We've been able to transition our email marketing and some of our CRM to them.

Just getting started with EngageBay, but so far the process has been simple and when I run into roadblocks the customer support team has been responsive and helpful

We are in the midst of a trial with EngageBay and have found the UI easy to use and intuitive. The chat feature for questions is fantastic and when I need more, I'm quickly connected to a live agent.
