I have to be honest, I really thought they would not arrive or just be random chinese crap but they really did the job and now I can't stop wearing them. Those pants are really impressive and the customer service was really friendly and nice. Also received the free belt and pads. Can't really complain about anything. Thank you

Just received my first roadarmor pants and let me tell ya I'm never ever gonna wear my chaps or levis again. Most comfortable riding pants I ever tried. I even wear them as normal pants now.

Fit was perfect, excellent quality, recommend these pants as value for money.

I read one of their lengthy heartfelt stories about a retired firefighter/older motorcycle rider who had just buried his best friend. I’m actually older than the guy in the story, and a 60 year rider. I didn’t fall for the numbers of deaths caused by inadequate pants, but it reminded me that I do lack some safety items, so I ordered a pair of these armored pants. I ordered a size larger than their sizing chart to be sure they fit, as per the website.
I’m six foot 230 pounds, not unusual for a biker my age, but obviously not the same size as a XXL guy in China! The pants were too tight everywhere. I could button and zip, but not breathe. Sitting down hurt!

Not a problem said I, because the website promised no hassle returns. That’s where I found out that I would have to return them to an address in China! At my own expense.

Customer service was very responsive, and offered me a 30% refund instead of me exporting the product to China. The refund never came, I’m on a diet now, but I’m still writing the $137.00 off as tuition for continuing education.

If I could give them a negative star I would. First I ordered some Kemi Moto gloves they had on their site on a great sale. Not even a week later I ordered 2 pairs of their motorcycle pants. When the gloves showed up they were a completely different glove than what they advertised. When I contacted them, they denied what I was saying and stuck to their lie that the items were the exact thing, when clearly they were not. I have pictures of what came in, and a screenshot of their advertisement and they were not the same. So I turned around and cancelled the order for the pants and they ignored me for 2 weeks. When I finally threatened them to report them to the Texas Attorney General's Fraud Office, they responded that it was too late...the order had shipped. I immediately called my credit card and told them I had been a victim of fraud and they took care of it. They took the proof that I had and spoke to Ekon's bank and had the bank refund the amount instead of dealing with the crooked company. I wish I would have known about Trustpilot before purchasing as these reviews seem to all be the same. I greatly suggest that if you don't know the company and they are not part of eBay or Amazon, find out where the company is headquartered, and if it's China, do not purchase. If you don't see a Customer Service number (not just an email), do not purchase. BTW, I contacted Kemi Moto and they have no business partnership with Ekon Travel, and when they saw that they were falsely advertising Kemi Moto products, they stated they were getting their lawyers involved.
Also, has everyone noticed that 'Ashley' replies to all the emails? How about the responses to the reviews, it's always 'Olivia'. It's either AI replying or they are so afraid of their customers for their fraudulent actions that they don't give their real names.

I had questions about size and exchanging if size was wrong. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Ordered the pants according to the size chart. They arrived quickly and fit nicely. Bought the 2 pair deal, one for my fiancé and he loves them, says they're the best pants he has. I wore mine on a ride and they are very comfortable. Might order a second pair for me.

I had ordered my first pair of riding pats a couple weeks ago before my first long ride on my bike I was planning a ride from Massachusetts to Florida and back and as I’m a long haul truck driver
I see a lot what happens on the rd and I wanted to be protected I had read about ekon pants so I thought I would give them a try
Unfortunately the pants didn’t arrive before my ride so I had to buy another brand I want very happy with them
They were extremely hot and didn’t fit right. I did my ride then went back to work. The pants came a couple emeeeks after I got back
When I got back home for my next break I was very excited to try them
The first time I put them on it was like nite and day compared to the other pants I had bought
They are so comfortable and breathable and I acting tested then for water resistant because I got caught in a little rain.
I liked them so much I only deeed a second pair
I ordered them to make sure I had a second pair for next season
I’m planning another long ride next month to Florida and looking forward to wearing my Ekon,s

I thought that Ekon pants would be scam to be honest. Been reading online what they said about them, not really sure if the reviews were real or not so I decided to purchase the roadarmor pants and they 100% delivered what they promised. Great pants, comfortable, great pads that do NOT move around. Shipping was fast and customer service was great. Can only recommend. Very very very happy about them. Finally pants for the texas heat!!

Been driving my harley with those new roadarmor pants. Very surprised and happy about my purchase. Feels refreshing to find good quality pants for this cheap price. Big companies should stop screwing over their customers selling crap a higher prices. Ekon's customer service was on point.

Total waste of money, time, and no more protection for a motorcycle rider than a pair of polyester pants from the 1960's. Total scam IMO. Spokesperson lays on all the right words to make you think you're buying something that actually does what they say it will do.
My order took 3+ weeks to arrive. The quality is very cheap, and no garment tags with anything other than 100% polyester. No kevlar / aramid fibers mentioned or even present. The 'CE' armor is a fake, and not really CE rated. No documentation with the safety info as you would get with AlpineStars or Rippl gear. Seeing all the other customers complain about the return process, I joined the folks that just write it off and avoid the frustration. I wouldn't recommend doing business with EKON for any of their 'armor wear' products, including the denim jeans and fake CE armor. Save your money and buy something where the manufacturer is willing to put all the safety of their product in writing, and make it visible on the product itself.

Don’t buy from here! Returns/exchanges are absolutely impossible!!!!

The EKON website is very misleading and very concerning regarding U.S. military personnel! First, shipping is slow. I placed my order in June 2026 and just received part of the order in mid-August. The rest is still "in transit." Second, I received sizes too small and that's when I discovered EKON'S return policy is horrible. To even get approval took several emails and photos of shipping label. Once approved, they provided me with a return address to China. I knew then I would not receive any refund because of claims it was lost. Plus, I would be risking getting charged additional fees for tariffs/customs.
My major concern is, the website offers a military discount. I did not apply for that discount; however, they contract with GOVX.ID. This gives them access to personnel information. That is concerning.
As for quality of the pants I did receive, I'll admit they are nice. They are for summer wear and are of light material. My concern is the padding. Seems flimsy and of poor quality.

Bad customer service. Need to return due to size being too big. It took them 5 days just to give me an address. I suppose if you weren't on a timeline you may be ok waiting this long but I'm leaving on a trip in 3 weeks

I want to let everyone know that Ekon is an amazing company. I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout and Anna from the customer serivce added the discount for me and refunded the amount to me. Just because of this I will order another pair.

I strongly disagree with the negative reviews. I love the fit and pads position. They really feel much more breathable and comfortable than regular motorcycle pants.

Ordered these without reading the FINE print that says you pay the shipping to return to China if you have a problem. Sure enough the stuff arrived after 12 days and it did not fit. The stuff looked like medium to fair quality but China sizes are always way off what you think. Got a 120.00 lesson for not reading reviews before purchasing. Lucky cycle gear had what I needed and received in 2 days.
