Terrible Service and Unresolved Issues - Would Not Recommend

I had a terrible experience with Edward Frasier. I placed an order worth $350, expecting quality products, only to receive the wrong items. They sent the wrong pants, and the hoods were not only the wrong color but also the wrong size. After reaching out to customer service, they refunded only the shipping cost, which is absurd considering I didn’t receive what I paid for.

Despite their promises, the company failed to take responsibility for their mistakes and did not resolve the issue properly. I’m left with incorrect items, no resolution, and a sour experience. For a company charging premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Save your money and shop ELSEWHERE!

Like everyone else. I received the wrong size, had ridiculous offer of US$50 return cost to get a refund. then offers of a discount, increasing from 15% to 25%. All the time receiving the same unhelpful response, but never addressing my request, for the correct sized sweater, a refund and no requirement for me to pay for the return of the incorrectly sized garment.
They finally said they would send the correct size and telling me I could keep the incorrect one - I am still waiting. Hopeless.

Like all the other one star reviews, garment arrived without any tags. They have replied to emails, but with no information about what the "cashmere blend" actually consists of or how to care and launder it. Lucky that I got a decent size I guess....

Beware. Horrible business model. Sizes are not accurate and are much smaller than stated. Material ships from China to Illinois to you but returns must be returned to China, even though the shipping point is in the US. Cost to return a sweater to China is suggested at $40 to $50. Never again. Offered a 20% refund and keep material. It seems this company has no feasible model in place for doing business in the US market.

Terrible experience. The have no contact number for customer service, emails replies take forever and they offer you a part refund if you accept to keep the jacket which never comes or you waste your paid postage return fee to America. Scam company!!

Received M synthetic with no labels of any kind: no size/material/brand/care.
Contacted Customer Service for refund/replace. After initial one reply mail asking for more information [I replied and provided], no possibility for ANY additional contact or action. Still stacked with the useless piece and lost of money

their merchants arrive but they cut all tags and you don't know what size they sent i bought medium but i'v got probably large or xlarge scam

What a scam . $126 for a supposedly Full leather jacket …. Complete BS what turned up is cheap poor quality Vinyl. The size supposed to be 4XL is so small it’s a joke like small men’s at best …. I want my money back ……. Don’t send them any money they should hang their head in Shame ..no Face

Should have known better, as trying to pin this company down to see if legit proved fruitless. Went with the old " gut " feeling. Big mistake. Everything they sell is labelless. Sizes are all over the map, so ordering your size comes with a " hope they get it right ". This is China at its finest

I ordered a jacket from them 2 weeks ago and after a couple days it arrived, and i'm really happy with my order. The quality is great and i've just ordered another 1 in a different colour. I do wish that they weren't as expensive but the quality makes up for it

Disappointing and a bit of a scam. My older father purchased from this website in good faith their return policy would honor people trying to return for another size (a very normal feature). But this company is trying to make my own father pay almost $50 just to return the items. Terrible

Total scam quality of product is nothing like advertised trying to get a refund seems impossible no labels on the product sizing all wrong. They try and make it so difficult for you to return to China. It cost more than you pay for the goods then they say they’ll refund you, but they never do, scam Company keep your money in your pocket

Basically the same reviews as the others. Ordered a cashmere sweater, which arrived in good time to be fair. No labels and it is 2 sizes too small. Contacted them and they did reply. Was given 2 options, either keep the sweater with a 20% refund, or send it back to Australia at my own cost. Thing is, the parcel had a UK address on its return label address and was delivered using UK RoyalMail (I am UK based). I suspect they do have a hub in the UK. Based on other reviews that mentioned getting a 30% refund, or being asked to return the item to the USA, I think they come from China and depending on who deals with your request, they offer different options as a solution. They won’t reply you further unless you agree to accept the 20% refund offered. My advise with this company is, order the correct size and item (order 2 sizes up!) and as long as you don’t need to change for another size or return the item, you will be fine. They really should not advertise free size replacements or hassle free returns because that is definitely not the case!

Complete scam. Totally wrong size, won’t exchange. Return at my expense. Over-priced junk, just trash.

This is a scam. I wanted to return the item. They told me that it has to be returned to Australia (I am US based). Nowhere does it mention that return center is in Australia. Also, I read in the reviews that an Uk based client was asked to return the product to the US. It is a shoddy product.

Not to be trusted. I have just read other reviews and I have had the same experience. Jumpers are not cashmere. They have no tags and I was sent the wrong size. The website states"Hassel Free Returns". They do not respond. I will report to consumer affairs.

All of the items I bought are the wrong size... no labels to actually confirm what size they are but bought 2 of the same item in different colours and they are completely different sizes, tried contacting them through the website and also return email and have had no response.
