My loafer shoes started falling apart in 2 weeks.
Icontacted them and asked for a refund or replacement and they said no.
I asked to speak to their manager and now haven't had an outcome in weeks.

Arthurhendon felt like good value. The prices were fair delivery took a week and the quality was better than I expected for the sale price.

Do NOT use this company! It is not trustworthy, bought a dress and it came without tags, labels, care instructions, not a single label, not a tag, not manufacturing details, nothing !
Very poor quality, poorly finished, fabric feels stiff and itchy. The website loos beautiful, totally false advertising. I requested a return label and they told me I have to pay shipping to CHINA !!!! It
Will coat about $40-50 plus any custom taxes they may charge !!!!

If I could, I would give this brand 0 stars. I ordered a women's blue trench coat. I wear a size 14 and ordered a large which is my usual size. What came was basically an extra small. There were not tags for size, care, fabric or country or origin. Their return policy is a joke! I sent photos of the garment showing the problems. They responded by saying I could get 15% back, return it to China for $40-50 shipping or exchange it for something else from their brand. No thanks, none of that is satisfactory. I wanted to leave a review of the product on the website, but there's no way to do that, even though there were supposedly several positive review - they were all 5 stars!This was the first and last time I will ever order from this brand.

The boots have a good weight to them. Not too clunky but they don’t feel flimsy either. For the sale price I’m happy with them.

The product I ordered was a pair of espadrille sandals. When they arrived it was obvious how cheaply made they are. The seaming on the base of the shoe was already coming apart and they were at least a full size too small.
After doing a little digging, it seems I’m not the only one who has had this issue. Their solution is to offer a full refund only if you ship the product back to China, or you can keep the crappy thing and get a 15% refund.
Do not do business with this deceptive company….you will regret it.

The rossano loafers needed a short break in period maybe two wears but after that they softened nicely. They now feel really comfortable around the heel.

Zero if possible. Slippers way too small. Took 3 weeks to get here. Delivered to wrong address. I was told they were at JFK customs on June 24, but the email was June 23rd. Delivered to wrong address on the 24th. Finally able to accept a new item with the correct size. They sent the wrong size but refuse to send me the size I ordered.......their mistake but will not address the issue. Total bull, slippers were terrible....poor quality and not as advertised. STAY AWAY from this dump!!

Do not order from Arthur Hendon. This company is a scam. Items received look nothing like items in photos and are unwearable. Items are from China and returns are impossible.

The sizing was terrible and the quality even worse. Their return policy is ridiculous. You have to return n to their warehouse in China at your expense of $40 to $50. People need to know this!

Customer service was friendly when I asked about exchanging sizes. I didn’t end up needing to exchange but the reply gave me confidence before ordering.

The volterra cashmere t shirt feels softer than a normal basic tee. It’s simple but the fabric makes it feel more premium.

I expected delivery to take longer but my parcel came in exactly 7 days. The tracking link worked properly and the packaging was clean.

Received after a long wait...WAY undersized. Requested replacement to XXL...after multiple errors in their emails FINALLY received replacements. Same exact size as original, poorly packaged, no tags. How di I get money back?

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered a pair of woven loafers tops almost 4 weeks to receive. I order 1 size larger and they are so small. When trying to return them before they agree I have to submit pictures of the product on my feet in an email. It’s a hassle ! Never again.

I ordered a dress and what I received looked nothing like what they pictured online. I told them that the item they sent me was very different than what they pictured online, so I expect a full refund and if they want the dress back to send me a shipping label. They offered me the 15% or pay $50 to ship it back to China like they seem to offer everyone who complains. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank and received a full refund. I threw the dress in the trash because it was so bad I didn’t think even Goodwill would want it.

Misleading prices - prices quoted in Australian dollars when charge came it I also got charged international charge. They could not locate my order even after I got charged. Constant emails send and when shoes arrived they were damaged. Still not sorted

If I could select no stars, I would. SAVE your money and your time. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes that looked cute and of high quality - a pair of booties, a pair of slip on shoes, and a pair of wedge sandals. Over $200! Took forever to receive. Upon opening the package, the smell was terrible. Smelled like a cheap chemically smell from a hardware store! The products were cheap and flimsy. The shoes had no shape. I reached out to customer service WITHIN the allotted 45 days to return and they demanded I send pictures of me holding the shoes NEXT TO ME to prove they were too small. Ridiculous and intrusive! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

No complaints from my side. The order was easy the tracking worked and the shoes turned up in about a week.
