What a bunch of idiots must be running this joint, didn’t do my research and well it’s all true I’d say the worst company I’ve ever dealt with ordered a shirt took nearly 3 weeks to arrive then no size on the shirt bit strange you say well not really they obviously didn’t have my size so cut the label off sent a shirt 3 times smaller and sent it

The sizes that arrived (after weeks) were completely and dramatically wrong.
In order to return the items I had to first send photographs of them, be "approved", then spend $50 plus potential additional customs and tax fees to return them to their warehouse in China, and when finally inspected, IF they found my return acceptable, they would refund me. Completely unacceptable.
I will accept that I've been ripped off and donate the items to charity.

I ordered the green amara sneakers and the colour is lovely in person. Muted not too bright and very easy to pair with neutral outfits.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Item is completely different then what was discribed. When you want to return item they just IGNORE you no matter how many times you reach out.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A SIZE 7.5 SHOE AND THEY SENT A SIZE 10. THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR THE RETURN AND WILL NOT SEND ANOTHER PAIR UNLESS THE INCORRECT PAIR ARE RETURNED, COSTING $40 TO $50 IN POSTAGE. AN APPALLING EXPERIENCE. SO FAR NO REFUND.

I like that the store has a mix of shoes jackets shirts and sets. I ended up buying shoes first but I’ll probably come back for clothing too.

Paid $120 plus shipping for a flannel lined over shirt but what arrived could best be described as a flimsy half arsed ugly fishing shirt. I really wish I had read the reviews before buying. Feel absolutely ripped off. Definitely don’t recommend buying anything from this company. Total scam. Still waiting for a response from them but not holding my breath.

Never delivered, zero help from merchant. should have checked TP before order as this company is obviously doing this regularly. have filed a charge back. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered three shirts and two pair of pants. All were described as Linen NONE are!!!! Synthetic fibers only!!! I’ve requested a refund I will update after I hopefully hear back!

i would not buy from this company. i waited 3 weeks to receive a shirt i purchased and when i got it there were 3 stains under the plastic seal so they would have seen that before sending. WHen i notified company for a refund they told me it would cost 40 dollars to return which was the price of the shirt. big scam

Haven’t received product in a month. Emailed company to get update or refund. No response. Don’t order from this scam company.

I ordered the blackthorn boots mostly for dog walks and weekend use. They feel solid without being too heavy and the grip has been good on wet paths. Delivery took 7 days and the pair arrived in clean packaging.

The seville cowboy boots are more comfortable than I expected. I wore them for an afternoon out and didn’t feel like I needed to change shoes halfway through the day.

I could not be more disappointed with both the quality of the product and the level of customer service I received from Arthur Hendon.
The sport coat I received looked nothing like the product described or pictured on the company's website. It was clearly not the item I ordered. I contacted Arthur Hendon's customer service by email, explained the issue in detail, and provided photographs showing the significant differences between the advertised product and the one I received.
Rather than acknowledging the mistake or offering to replace the incorrect item, the company refused to take responsibility and instead offered only a 15% partial refund.
Based on this experience, I will not purchase from Arthur Hendon again and cannot recommend this company to others. If accurate product descriptions and responsive customer service are important to you, I would look elsewhere.

Clothing very under-sized and did not fit. Then very diffiucult to return or refund - requires taking pictures of your clothes and multiple email communications. They put the work on the customer when in fact the item is far inferior than promised. Elegant look on the website but not a customer forward clothes line and not worth the price at all over all.

Items come from China although they have a European look on their site. Mine took 2 weeks to arrive. Too small (XL). No tag to advise what material is used.

As I only bought 1 item it will cost more to return than it cost to purchase. How a company like this is allowed to trade on any app or website of note is beyond me

Scam company. Goods received were not as described, different material and had all tags cut off. We received completely different items to what we ordered and it was not cheap. Resolution was to receive 15% refund of the total purchase amount or return it back to China, at out own expense.. ($50-60 USD). Really disappointed that these company’s can get away with this.

Run from this scam business! They shipped me inferior China-quality shoes that were one whole size small. I also ordered two pairs of shoe-boots as gifts and they never came. Their bogus customer service person, Anna Frederick (obviously a pseudo name) alleges to empathize with “your frustration” then lies to you and says their “records” - HA! - show the product was delivered. Then they give a bogus tracking number and want you to check with your post office in person! I’m embarrassed that I got hoodwinked.

I bought the comino woven loafers for work because I stand a lot during the day. They felt supportive without being stiff and I didn’t get that usual sore feeling around my arches by evening.

What I liked most was the balance between comfort and appearance. A lot of supportive shoes look too bulky but these felt more modern.
